- April 24th, ah, planning commission public hearings, the residents speaking that night were all opposed to the
- , the requirement that the planning commission gave to the applicant, uh, to provide design information that would
- be able to be protected against. Uh, planning Commission asked lots of questions about, uh, the design of
- experts, we'll drop our objection. But Planning Commission gave the applicant who agreed to this, uh, until
- . At the Planning Commission hearings last month, there were a total of six residents speaking, including me
- instruction, uh, to the applicant to provide the information, uh, that they had been talking about in planning
- commission. And that information, uh, was could you design something to protect this slope from falling down
