• it right. Yes. Planning commission bec yes, PLA Planning and Zoning Commission can do this as well. Any land use
• commission can do this. So the backup does say Planning commission, but we're the Planning and Zoning Commission. Um, we
• approved by the Zoning and Planning Commission, not the Planning Commission. Um, that is on the consent agenda for approval
• still one vacancy on that, on that joint committee from Zap and Planning Commission. And so we're just putting it on
• just to be Safe. I thought Planning commission was short one person, but I don't think Zap O is. Well, I
• , to us or to planning commission. Do you want me to share that briefly now? Sure. So real general things that
• planning commission. So we would look at things like zoning cases, site specific conditional overlays, amend amendments, variances, density
• for planning commission generally broader things, more policy based such as neighborhood plans, area plans, potentially the downtown
• of Zap and then kind of once Zap is okay with it, uh, we'll probably reach out to the planning
• commission and say, Hey, what do you guys think about this? Uh, but, but essentially we just wanna say
• , some divisions of labor that can go to either either committee and we wanna do our best to assist planning
• commission so they don't have four hour meetings every time they meet. Okay. So if we can get that

• planning commission, and this occurred when the city was considering a number of different zoning option initiative. Uh
• of interest. The initial statement by planning commission, I believe, thumbs up why we're looking at this area. Uh
• planning commission. So, uh, city staff have been working on a number of different planning initiatives, um, over
• mean, planning commission made this recommendation and it doesn't take, um, a whole lot of work for us to just
• say that. Um, that's fine. We join the planning commission and request the council, blah, blah, whatever it said
