• planning commission approved a neighborhood request to postpone to today's hearing. Prior to that, this case was last
• heard at the May 23rd, 2023 planning commission meeting where C-S-M-U-V-C-O-N-P was recommended by this commission and
• of Staff, this planning commission and our current city council, an outcome was finalized. The applicant modified
