- can say Nadia. Um, I think that's an issue with the code, right? Right. So exactly the planning commission is seen as

- planning commission. Uh, we were there on Tuesday and they, they heard from the public, they heard a staff recommendation
- to the planning commission or are y'all waiting for, for some action from, from, uh, the planning commission. Uh, we're
- not necessarily waiting on action from planning commission. The planning commission obviously. Um, well, I don't know what they'll
- do, but they'll, I'm assuming they'll take action of some kind. If planning commission did postpone this item into the

- Planning commission, uh, the November 8th meeting, 2022 to order at 6:10 PM Uh, we'll start with, um, roll call, and I'm gonna go with the
- notice of a planning commission public hearing for November 8th, 2022, and for the city council on December 1st, 2022 for parking standards
- because what is not on the Planning commission agenda or the council agenda is a requirement that these commercial sites comply

- , I, I'm, we've, I've actually heard for the first time some really illuminating stuff about, um, the planning commission notification

- is being asked of the com, the planning commission, if we take action, If you take action, it would be to

- through a process, through the planning commission and the, the offices that I've spoken to basically have told me
- unless they get pressure from the public. I don't think pressure from the planning commission is going to do
- as planning commission, but I hope that those are comments that can be taken to council for sure. And
- planning commission could send a recommendation to council that they agree with city staff and that this should not
