- , and from the zoning and planning commission commissioner, uh, vice-chair Smith And commissioner Kosta is absent and I am chair Flores from
- the planning commission I'm in. I am present. All right. And there there's no public communication that right. That is correct. We did not
- and this policy directives or initiatives of the council or the planning commission. So broadly speaking, those are the roles and
- . Um, so, uh, quick question, uh, I think you said, um, directors from city council or from planning commission. And I wondered
- would move the planning commission. So just so you know, kind of the steps in the process, it would be a planning commission and
- then whatever the full planning commission wanted to decide in terms of moving that forward to council, other kind of
- working on now. And also, I'm not sure if it's hit your backup for a planning commission apologize. I'm not sure if it
- your re uh, every planning commission meeting that you have, uh, an imagine Austin compliance review narrative, uh, Mr. Fox, I
- me and I'll work with DD on putting something together for, um, what we will submit to planning commission. So however
- last year and submitted that to planning commission and it was passed. So, um, this would be approving green transmission
- accomplish it today is so that we could get it before the full planning commission for approval by the end of June
- planning commission meeting on Tuesday and, uh, transportation division. I think they said that there was going to be an
- formal recommendation, approving their amendments, and then moving that to planning commission. So the April timeframe works for them
- work closely with Andrew Rivera to get that onto the planning commission back up, uh, and scheduled on their agenda before
- up. So you'll, you'll kind of know when to expect that, that item coming to full planning commission, and then I
- that right? Or, okay. I'll work with D to, to get that put together for something that we submit to planning
- commission And the goals from last year. I was not in a way on Cassidy at that point. So I, I think we

- a fairly empty, um, audience tonight, um, until the planning commission is ready to take up the item you are here for
- an announcement in the atrium a few minutes before the planning commission begins the public hearing. Furthermore, if you are signed
- and priorities of planning commission city council. The applicant, uh, was recommended to find, um, alternatives to the original
- Tannahill lane. And I emailed to everybody on the planning commission, a satellite map of the existing site and Tannahill
- and we'll be back to planning commission for a recommendation and may, um, this is the third presentation we've made
- heard in round two. And then we'll present that to planning commission in may for, for your, your recommendation to
- , on planning commission have also heard these kinds of comments, but from folks I'm in community with there is a
- planning commission public hearing. So still plenty of time to get comments in and, um, for those who wish to speak
- are two separate pieces of VMU related direction. Uh, to date one was initiated by the planning commission back in
- explicitly state the remote participation option. Um, the public hearing on this item will come to planning commission on
- these two pieces of direction we've received from planning commission and then city council. Um, I tried to communicate in
- were not initiated by planning commission or city council. Um, we thought that it would be best to get the
- planning commission to initiate those changes so that we could come back with a draft ordinance that included them, um, their
- process we're going through now and the ultimate vote on the planning commission and council to adopt or not adopt these
- , uh, planning commission here tonight. We couldn't vote to see if we want to include it or not, uh, because
- HX walk, bike roll process. That's actually the heart of the community engagement effort. And hopefully soon the planning
- commission can see, uh, the work that's going into that planning process to update the sidewalk bicycle and urban trails
- to the entire 10% at 80% of the median family income. The addition here that was not directed by planning
- commission, but is recommended by staff would be to add a field loo option for, for sale developments. Only this would
