- your approach to the planning commission and the council to get this on their docket for action, because all of you
- opportunity to make this request of them, or is it just a scheduling issue because we've told planning commission, we
- us asking council and talking to planning commission and actually updating urban design guidelines. I'm a hundred percent behind
- stacks up, Right? So I really think that you should go ahead with the planning commission, we, and then we've got
- were raised, but I think we need to move forward, go onto the planning commission and then iron things out and
- planning, commission and council. We will have, you know, a month to, to work on it as well and to kind of
- tweak it. So I think anything that we're going to say planning commission is likely going to say as well. So, you
- by listing specific planning, recommendations, plan commission recommendations that help you tell that story. So there is a much
- added value by having your colleagues on the planning commission, support your initiative. It gives a tremendous amount of weight

- the planning commission to order at 6:05 PM. So tonight I'll be, um, leading the meeting. Um, chair shot is out. So, um, I'll take a

- within a municipal utility district. The planning commission has purview over properties that are within municipal utility districts
- , if this was outside of a, of a mud, it would go to the zoning and planning commission to get, but the
- however, because it's inside, it goes to planning commission. Um, and yes, uh, by zoning alone compatibility would be triggered
- . Um, and that way you don't have it out now, but it would come back to planning commission. It would actually
- small, small restaurant or cafe, then if we have to go back and come to the planning commission with the site
- , what they can get, right. What will planning commission, city council grant them? And for me, that's not the way
