Approve a resolution affirming the City Council’s support of AISD and directing the City Manager to prioritize collaborative planning with an emphasis on opportunities to achieve community benefits on publicly owned land.
Approve a resolution relating to establishing a the Board of Directors, adopting the Final Project and Financing Plan, and increasing the tax increment for Homestead Preservation Reinvestment Zone #1.
