YOU HAVE EIGHT ITEMS ON YOUR AGENDA FOR CONSIDERATION, UM, AND I OFFER THEM ON CONSENT.

THOSE AGENDA ITEMS ARE APPROVING THE MEETING MINUTES FOR THE OCTOBER 15TH MEETING.

UM, NUMBER TWO IS AUTHORIZING STAFF GROUP BOARD WITH THE ACQUISITION OF A THREE ACRE PROPERTY IN DISTRICT EIGHT AT FOUR ZERO ONE ONE CONDUCT HILL ROAD EIGHT, M THREE IS OPERATING STAFF TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE ACQUISITION OF NEARLY FIVE ACRES, UH, AT 6,200 MAN MEN CHAKA ROAD AND DISTRICT FIVE.

UH, ITEM NUMBER FOUR IS THE FORMATION OF A NEW PARTNERSHIP, A H F C ASPERO NONPROFIT CORPORATION WITH WILL OWN AND MANAGE THE PROPOSED 171 UNIT, UM, SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROJECT TO BE DEVELOPED WITH THE CASINO GROUP AND KARA TOTS OF AUSTIN.

ITEM NUMBER FIVE IS THE AUTHORIZATION THAT LOAN LOAN AGREEMENT WITH BLACK LAND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR $70,000.

THE ACQUISITION OF A CONDOMINIUM ITEM NUMBER SIX IS, UH, ADMINISTRATIVE IT'S APPROVING, WHICH THEY DID, UM, UH, BYLAWS FOR EIGHT EACH FC RECOGNIZING THE MERGER OF OUR DEPARTMENT.

ITEM NUMBER SEVEN IS AUTHORIZING US TO MOVE FORWARD WITH A LOAN TO A SPARROW AT RUTLAND WOMEN IN PARTNERSHIP, IN AN AMOUNT OF APPROXIMATELY $6 MILLION, BRINGING THE LOAN TOTAL LOAN AMOUNT TO $8.5 MILLION WHERE THE 171 UNIT AT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT 1934 RUTLAND RIGHT BEFORE AND ITEM NUMBER EIGHT IS UPRISING SACK FROM THE BOARD LOAN AGREEMENT FOR NEARLY $73,000 FOR A OWNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, ONE X 55 19 FACULTY ROBINSON STREET.

UM, I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, BUT I OFFER ALL OF THE ITEMS ON CONSENT COUNCIL MEMBER ELLIS, UM, HAPPY TO MAKE THAT MOTION.

I REMEMBER WHEN IT CAME TO US AS A ZONING CASE AND PEOPLE WOULD, THEY, THAT THEY WANTED TO SEE THIS TO BE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND IT'S ON AND NEAR EXISTING BUS ROUTES.

IT'S NEAR THE VIOLET CROWN TRAIL HEAD.

IT'S NEAR GROCERY STORES, GOOD JOBS THAT PEOPLE WILL HAVE, AND IT'S IN A HIGH OPPORTUNITY AREA.

SO IT'S SO EXCITING TO SEE SOMETHING IN MY DISTRICT.

I KNOW Y'ALL WORKED VERY HARD TO MAKE SURE THERE'S PLACES ALL OVER TOWN, WHERE PEOPLE CAN HAVE AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

AND SO I JUST WANTED TO NOT LET THE MOMENT PASS US BY, BUT TO SHOW MY SUPPORT FOR THIS PROJECT AND MY EXCITEMENT FOR Y'ALL TO BE ACQUIRING THIS LAND FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
