UH, WE ARE MEETING AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION HERE AT CITY HALL.

WE HAVE A QUORUM, UH, PRESENT ON THE, UH, THE DAS.

UM, WE'LL GO AHEAD AND WORK OUR WAY

THROUGH THE CONSENT AGENDA, BUT FOR THE RECORD, THANK YOU MANAGER.

WE HAVE A NOTE THAT THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION MIGHT HAVE.

NUMBER THREE IS WITHDRAWN AND REPLACED WITH, WITH ITEM SIX.

ITEM NUMBER THREE IS REPLACED, UH, WITH, UH, UH, ADDENDUM ITEM 40.

THAT'S THE ONLY ONE THERE, BUT WE DO HAVE THREE, UH, LAID BACK UP ITEMS, UH, UM, ITEM THREE, FOUR, AND FIVE.

I'M THE ACTING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER FOR THE HOUSING PLANNING DEPARTMENT.

UH, YOU DO HAVE FIVE ITEMS BEFORE YOU ON YOUR AGENDA TODAY.

UM, TWO OF WHICH, UH, ITEM NUMBER TWO AND SIX, UH, CONCERN ACCEPTANCE OF, UH, $23 MILLION FROM THE, UH, AUSTIN TRANSPORTATION, UM, SORRY, UH, $23 MILLION FROM THE AUSTIN TRANSIT PARTNERSHIP, UH, THAT IS TO AMANDA, OUR BUDGET AND TO AMANDA, OUR, UH, OPERATING AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF AUSTIN.

UH, THE OTHER TWO, TWO OTHER ITEMS ON YOUR AGENDA, UH, ARE BOTH FOR THE ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR THE ELEMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

UH, ONE IS AT 2200 GROVE BOULEVARD.

THIS PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY OWNED BY AUSTIN ENERGY.

IT'S APPROXIMATELY 18 AND A HALF ACRES.

UH, THE SECOND PROPERTY IS AT 4 0 0 3 CONVICT HILL ROAD.

UH, IT'S APPROXIMATELY TWO AND THREE QUARTER ACRES.

IT'S IN DISTRICT EIGHT.

UH, AND THIS CONDUCT HILL ROAD PARCELS WILL BE PART OF AN ASSEMBLAGE.

UH, BOTH PROPERTIES WILL BE, UH, ISSUE.

UH, WE WILL ISSUE A, UM, UH, RFPS IN ORDER TO DEVELOP THESE PROPERTIES INTO AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

UH, WE OFFER ALL FIVE OF THESE ITEMS ON CONSENT AND I'D BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.
