UM, THEN MY ATX WATER PILOT WAS COMPLETED. THAT PROJECT CONTINUES, UM, AND WE ACHIEVED INSTALLATION OF A TOTAL ABOUT 14,000 METERS. WE COMPLETED A WATER TREATMENT PLANT METER ACCURACY VALIDATION STUDY, WHICH YOU ALL GOT A PRESENTATION ON FROM THAT COLIN AND A RECENT TASK FORCE MEETING. UM, I ALREADY MENTIONED THE VOLUNTARY RECLAIMED WATER CONNECTION INCENTIVE PROGRAM, AND WE BEGAN OUR ASR PILOT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT PROJECT. THE FYI 21 ANNUAL REPORT WILL BE A MULTI PAGE DOCUMENT SIMILAR TO THE ANNUAL REPORTED, UH, INCLUDE UPDATED, UM, UH, NARRATIVE LANGUAGE, AS WELL AS UPDATES TO THE TABLE OF METRICS THAT YOU SEE IN THE END OF YOUR FYI 20 ANNUAL REPORT. AND SO RATHER THAN TRYING TO PREDICT WHAT WILL HAPPEN OR JUST PLANNING, UM, TO THE AVERAGE OF ALL OF THOSE EVENTS, UM, FOR THIS PROCESS, WE WANT TO TRY EVALUATING, UM, OUR STRATEGIES AND OUR PLAN AGAINST MANY POSSIBLE FUTURES AND DETERMINING HOW THEY PERFORM. AND SO FOR THIS WATERFORD 24 UPDATE, WE'RE GOING TO TRY TO INCORPORATE SOME OF THOSE CONSIDERATIONS THROUGH THINGS LIKE USING RANGES FOR INPUT PARAMETERS, UM, INCLUDING A SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS STEP TO GATHER DATA ON THE STRATEGIES BEFORE PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION AND DEVELOPING A TRULY ROBUST ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT PLAN THAT LOOKS AT SYSTEM STRESSORS AND IDENTIFIES RESPONSE STRATEGIES FOR THOSE. AND SO WE'LL BE WORKING TO DO OUTREACH IN THOSE AREAS AS WE GET OUT IN THE COMMUNITY ON THE PROJECT, THESE AS TO WHAT CONTRIBUTES TO THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION FROM THE COUNCIL DISTRICTS. YEAH. BETWEEN FIVE AND 10 IT'S DOUBLED AND EVEN A GREATER EXTENT AND OTHERS, I DON'T HAVE, I DON'T HAVE ANY DATA THAT WOULD WOULD POINT TO WHAT CAUSES THAT DIFFERENCE. AND THIS DOES SHOW US THAT OUR STAKEHOLDERS ARE MUCH MORE AWARE OF THE WATER FORWARD PLAN AND THE ASR PROJECT, UM, THAN OUR CUSTOMERS. SO WE'D LIKE TO SEE THESE NUMBERS HIGHER AMONG OUR CUSTOMERS. IT'S REALLY GOOD TO HAVE THE DATA AND TO KIND OF GROUND US IN THIS, KNOWING THAT THIS IS WHERE OUR CUSTOMERS ARE IN THESE EFFORTS. IT'S REALLY EASY TO KIND OF GET INTO A GROOVE OF PREACHING TO THE CHOIR, TALKING IN LANGUAGE THAT YOU ALL ARE USED TO, UM, HAVING MAYBE MORE TECHNICAL DETAILS IN OUR COMMUNICATIONS. SO ABOUT 58% OF RESPONDENTS RANKED, IMPROVING AUSTIN'S CLIMATE RESILIENCY AS THEIR FIRST OR SECOND CHOICE, UM, 57% CHOSE HAVING AN ADDITIONAL SOURCE OF WATER DURING EMERGENCIES AS ONE OF THEIR TOP TWO BENEFITS AND 53% RANKED, UH, MAXIMIZING OUR LOCAL WATER RESOURCES AS THEIR FIRST OR SECOND MOST IMPORTANT BENEFIT. SO KIND OF THE THEME AMONG ALL OF THESE HIGHLY RANKED ASR BENEFITS SEEMS TO BE A FOCUS ON IMPROVING OUR RESILIENCY AND ENSURING THAT WE HAVE AMPLE WATER SUPPLY FOR THE FUTURE. SO THIS DATA WILL HELP OUR TEAM MAKE SURE THAT EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS CONTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT HOW ASR ADDRESSES THESE CONCERNS AND PROVIDES THESE BENEFITS SINCE IT SEEMS TO BE WHAT PEOPLE INDICATED IS MOST IMPORTANT. THE SECOND ONE SERVE AS AN ADDITIONAL SOURCE OF WATER DURING EMERGENCIES, IS THAT AS AN EMERGENCY, ARE YOU ALLUDING TO DROUGHT? BECAUSE IN MY MIND THE WATER EMERGENCY, WE JUST HAD WAS THE LACK OF WATER SERVICE DURING THE FREEZE IN FEBRUARY. AND I DON'T KNOW HOW WATER SUPPLY IS GOING TO ADDRESS THE DISTRIBUTION ISSUES THAT WE HAD. SURE. SO ASR HAS THE POTENTIAL TO ACT AS A SECOND SOURCE OF SUPPLY DURING THOSE SHORT-TERM EMERGENCIES. UM, ITS MAIN GOAL STILL IS, UH, UH, YOU KNOW, PROVIDE A DROUGHT SUPPLY, BUT AS WE'RE DEVELOPING THE PROJECT, WE'RE LOOKING AT, YOU KNOW, WAYS THAT WE COULD BUILD IT SUCH THAT IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE DURING THOSE SHORTER TERM, UM, EVENTS. SO IT BASICALLY THE WATER JUST FEEDS BACK INTO THE SYSTEM. SO IT WOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE WATER. UM, IF THERE ISN'T ENOUGH MAYBE COMING OUT OF THE PLANTS OR THROUGH THE SYSTEM, WHEN YOU STILL NEED ELECTRICITY TO DISTRIBUTE IT. I MEAN, TO IMPLY THAT THIS ASR WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SOLUTION TO WINTER STORM URI OR THAT EMERGENCY, BUT IF THERE ARE OTHER EMERGENCY EVENTS WHERE ASR COULD BE USED AS A SECOND SOURCE OF SUPPLY, THAT'S THE TYPE OF SITUATION THAT, YOU KNOW, THIS STRATEGY WOULD BE USEFUL FOR, ALTHOUGH IT'S REALLY A SECONDARY BENEFIT AND NOT THE PRIMARY DRIVER OF ASR, THE PRIMARY DRIVER IS DROUGHT. SO JUST READING THROUGH THESE, UM, THERE WERE CONCERNS ABOUT UNDERSTANDING HOW WE WILL MAINTAIN THE WATER QUALITY IN OUR PIPES, UM, WITH AN ASR PROJECT ONLINE, AS WELL AS, UM, MAINTAINING WATER QUALITY IN THE AQUIFER, UM, OR PREVENTING DAMAGE TO THE AQUIFER. UM, PEOPLE WERE CONCERNED THAT ONCE WE HAVE [01:30:01] AN ASR PROJECT ONLINE, WHETHER WE WOULD HAVE ENOUGH SUPPLY COMING FROM IT, THEY ALSO WANTED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW ASR WORKS AND HOW THAT RESOURCE WOULD BE DISTRIBUTED ONCE WE HAD IT AVAILABLE. AND THEN ALSO WANTED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE COST AND AFFORDABILITY IMPACTS THAT THE PROJECT WOULD HAVE. AND SO WE WON'T HAVE MUCH DATA ABOUT THE SPECIFIC WATER QUALITY EFFECTS UNTIL WE KNOW WHICH WATER WE'RE GOING INTO, BUT, UM, IN FUTURE PHASES OF THE PILOT PROJECT, WE'LL BE LOOKING AT DOING, YOU KNOW, PIPE STUDIES AND MIXING STUDIES, UM, SO THAT WE CAN IDENTIFY ALL THE PRE AND POST TREATMENT THAT'S NEEDED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING'S FULLY COMPATIBLE. THAT'S A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF, UM, THE ASR PROJECT, BUT YEAH, UH, COORDINATING WITH WATERFORD WILL BE, UM, DON'T WANNA OVERWHELM FOLKS, BUT TOO MUCH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ALL AT THE SAME TIME FOR JUST TO CLARIFY, THERE'LL BE AN EQUITY AND AFFORDABILITY ROADMAP FOR THE PLAN UPDATE, AND THEN THERE WILL BE ONE FOR ASR. SO THEY HAVE DIFFERENT SETS OF CONSIDERATIONS. YOU KNOW, THE, THE GEOGRAPHIC AREA IS POTENTIALLY DIFFERENT FOR ASR. THAT TIMEFRAME IS DIFFERENT. THE IMPLEMENTATION IMPACTS ON COMMUNITIES ARE DIFFERENT. AND SO IT MAKES SENSE TO HAVE A TAILORED EQUITY AND AFFORDABILITY ROADMAP TO ADDRESS THESE DIFFERENT CONSIDERATIONS. UM, SO WE'RE TRYING TO MAKE CLEAR WHAT IS PLANNING AND WHAT IS IMPLEMENTATION? THE IMPLEMENTATION COMPONENTS WILL HAVE KIND OF DIFFERENT STRATEGIES THAT ARE NECESSARY TO REACH THESE DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES AND INCORPORATE, UM, THEIR VALUES AND THEIR INPUT. SO THERE'LL BE TWO, WE'RE TRYING TO STANDARDIZE THIS EQUITY AND AFFORDABILITY ROADMAP AND EQUITY AND AFFORDABILITY TOOL FOR EACH OF THESE PROJECTS. OKAY. Task Force Subcommittee Reorganization] THE, UM, TASKFORCE, SUBCOMMITTEE, REORGANIZATION, AND THEN SUB COMMITTEE REPORTS. UM, MERISSA WHAT'S HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO HANDLE THIS? SO WE'D LIKE TO DEFINITELY GET THROUGH THE SUBCOMMITTEE ITEM, THE SUBCOMMITTEE REORGANIZATION ITEMS. AND, UH, SO IF YOU COULD BRING UP THE, UH, PRESENTATION FOR TWO E THERE'S REALLY JUST ONE SLIDE TO KEY OFF OF, [01:45:01] UM, WE HAD DISCUSSED WITH THE CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR, UM, PREVIOUSLY KIND OF SOME POSSIBLE REORGANIZATION OF OUR, UH, TASK FORCE SUBCOMMITTEES. CURRENTLY WE HAVE FOUR DIFFERENT SUBCOMMITTEES. WE HAVE A LEAD ABATEMENT SUBCOMMITTEE, AN ORDINANCE OF COMMITTEE AND IPR INDIRECT, POTABLE REUSE SUBCOMMITTEE. AND THEN, UM, THESE ARE NOT REALLY SUBCOMMITTEES, BUT WE HAVE TECHNICAL ADVISORY GROUPS. WE HAVE A CLIMATE TECHNICAL ADVISORY GROUP AND, UH, AQUIFER STORAGE AND RECOVERY TECHNICAL ADVISORY GROUP AS WELL. UM, THAT'S REALLY MADE UP OF FOLKS WHO ARE EXTERNAL TO EVEN THE CITY OF AUSTIN. UM, BUT TWO, TYPICALLY TWO OF OUR TASK FORCE MEMBERS WILL SIT IN ON THOSE MEETINGS. UM, WE WOULD ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THERE'S GOING TO BE A TON OF WORK AHEAD OF US IN THE NEXT TWO YEARS. AND WE WANTED TO PROPOSE TO PROPOSE, UM, STREAMLINING OF THE SUBCOMMITTEES AND WE WANTED TO PROPOSE STREAMLINING THEM INTO TWO SUB COMMITTEES, UH, THAT WOULD MEET, UM, IN-BETWEEN OUR TASK FORCE MEETINGS. UM, OUR BIMONTHLY TASK FORCE MEETINGS, THE TWO COMMITTEES WOULD BE RELATED TO WATERFORD 2018 IMPLEMENTATION AS WE CONTINUE, UM, WORK RELATED TO IPR ASR ORDINANCES. UM, IT WILL LEAD ABATEMENT, ET CETERA. AND THEN THE OTHER SUBCOMMITTEE WE'D BE PROPOSING WOULD BE RELATED TO THE WATERFORD 2024 PLAN UPDATE. AND THAT SUBCOMMITTEE WOULD BE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR US TO DRILL IN ON SOME OF THE DETAILS THAT WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO IN, UM, OUR FULL TASKFORCE MEETINGS. SO THIS WAS THE PROPOSAL WE WANTED TO PUT TO YOU. AND, UM, WE'RE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND WE FIGURED WE'D LEAVE IT UP TO THE TASK FORCE TO DISCUSS IS THAT THESE MEETINGS FOR THE, IF, IF WE GO THIS WAY, WE'LL HAVE TWO SUB COMMITTEES AND MEETINGS BE SET IN ADVANCE. SO ONE MONTH WE'LL HAVE A FULL TASK FORCE MEETING THE NEC AND THE NEXT MONTH THERE'S GOING TO BE THE SUBCOMMITTEE MEETINGS. ALSO, MY REQUEST WAS, AND I DON'T REALLY KNOW KIND OF WHERE THINGS CAME OUT IS, YOU KNOW, IF, IF THERE'S MORE THAN A QUORUM AND WANTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE, THAT, THAT I DON'T WANT TO LIMIT PRESENTATION PARTICIPATION, BUT THEY WERE GOING TO CHECK WITH LEGAL ABOUT THAT. UM, YOU KNOW, CAUSE, UM, THE MORE THE MERRIER, BUT, UM, ANYWAY, WELL, YEAH, THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHECK ON SOME OF THAT STUFF. I MEAN, IT WOULD HAVE TO BE PUBLIC MEANING IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE AS CENTRALIZED LOCATION AND TELEVISED ALL THAT STUFF. BUT, UM, ANYWAY, COMMENTS, THOUGHTS? I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE, UM, THE STRUCTURE AND PURPOSE OF THE NEW COMMITTEES. IS IT ANTICIPATED THAT THE COMMITTEES WOULD BE USED FOR PRESENTATION AND APPROVAL OF ITEMS THAT WOULD THEN MOVE FORWARDS TO THIS TASK FORCE? OR IS IT ANTICIPATED THAT THEY ARE MORE INFORMATIONAL COMMITTEES? LIKE HOW, WHAT IS THEIR PURPOSE? WE HAVE YOU SUBCOMMITTEES TO BE MORE INFORMATIONAL RATHER THAN REVIEWING AND APPROVING ITEMS THAT WOULD THEN MOVE FORWARD TO THE TASK FORCE MEETING GENERALLY, BECAUSE WE HAVE A LOT OF CONTENT TO GO OVER IN THE TASK FORCE MEETINGS. SOME FOLKS WANT TO DRILL IN ON DETAILS, UM, OR HEAR MORE ABOUT THE ITEMS THAT ARE PRESENTED AND THIS OFFERS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THAT TO HAPPEN. YEAH. I THINK ONE OF THE THINGS IS, IS THAT WE'VE, WE HAVE THESE LIMITED HOUR AND A HALF, TWO HOUR MEETINGS NOW WE USED TO HAVE LONGER MEETINGS AND WE HAD TIME TO ACTUALLY DO WORK ASSET TASKFORCE. RIGHT. I JUST WOULDN'T, I WAS JUST CURIOUS WHAT THE INTENTION WAS, THE STRUCTURE. UM, AND THEN I GUESS ALSO IS THERE LIKE MORE OF A BREAKDOWN AS TO, I'M NOT, I GUESS I'M NOT THAT CLEAR ON WHAT'S UNDER IMPLEMENTATION AND WHAT'S UNDER UPDATE. FOR EXAMPLE, WE JUST GOT THIS ASR PRESENTATION KIND OF AS A SEPARATE ITEM. AND IS THAT IMPLEMENTATION ANYTHING RELATED TO ASR BECAUSE IT'S IN THE CURRENT PLAN? IT, SO THE ASR PILOT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT PROJECT IS IMPLEMENTATION BECAUSE WE'RE IMPLEMENTING A STRATEGY THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE WATER FOR 2018 PLAN. IT HAS GONE ON ITS OWN PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION ROUTE. SO WE'RE LOOKING AT POTENTIAL LOCATIONS FOR THAT. WE'LL HAVE A PHYSICAL ONE OR SEVERAL PHYSICAL PILOTS WHERE WE'RE GATHERING INFORMATION FROM AND MAKING DECISIONS ON WHERE TO LOCATE A FULL-SCALE FACILITY THAT IS IMPLEMENTATION. SIMILARLY THINGS LIKE, UM, THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE. THAT'S AN ONGOING PROJECT THAT'S IN CONSTRUCTION. WE WOULD SAY THAT'S IN CONSTRUCTION RIGHT NOW. UM, IF THERE ARE ADDITIONAL ITEMS RELATED TO INDIRECT POTABLE REUSE AND HOW WE MOVE FORWARD WITH THAT STRATEGY, THAT WOULD BE RELATED TO IMPLEMENTATION, UM, YOU KNOW, UH, UH, WATER QUALITY CONSIDERATIONS, UM, RELATED TO IPR, ET CETERA, CODES AND ORDINANCES CODE CHANGES THAT WERE PROPOSED [01:50:01] WITHIN THE PREVIOUS PLAN, LIKE THE LANDSCAPE TRANSFORMATION ORDINANCE, THAT WOULD BE AN IMPLEMENTATION ITEM AND THE WATERFORD 2024 UPDATE, THERE'LL BE SO MUCH INFORMATION RELATED TO INITIALLY COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, PLANNING, DEMAND, FORECASTING, THAT'LL BE INCLUSIVE OF DEMOGRAPHICS AND POPULATION AND EMPLOYMENT PROJECTIONS. WE'LL BE DRILLING INTO THE DETAILS ON CLIMATE AND HYDROLOGY. WHAT DO THESE, HOW DO WE SELECT GLOBAL CLIMATE MODELS? UM, WHAT DO, ARE THE TRENDS IN TEMPERATURE AND PRECIPITATION? HOW ARE WE DEVELOPING HYDROLOGIC MODELS TO TURN THAT INTO STREAMFLOW, TO BE INCLUDED IN OUR WATER AVAILABILITY MODEL? THOSE CONVERSATIONS CAN BE PRETTY DETAILED. I MEAN, WHY DO I THINK WHEN, UH, ONE OF, UH, YOU KNOW, THE BALANCES IS WE WANT TO HAVE A LOT OF THIS INFORMATION THAT YOU JUST LISTED IN FRONT OF THE FULL TASK FORCE. SO WHAT'S THE BALANCE OF SUBCOMMITTEE VERSUS VERSUS, UM, FULL TASK FORCE. I MEAN, WE USED TO MEET MONTHLY. WE USED TO HAVE, I MEAN, REALLY THE COVID HAS MADE OUR SHORT MEETINGS ALL UP UNTIL THEN WE HAD MEETINGS. I MEAN, NOT THAT THAT'S A VIRTUE TO MEET FOR A LONG, SUPER LONG TIME, BUT WE DID HAVE TIME TO DISCUSS THINGS AND TO HAVE PRESENTATIONS AND STUFF. SO, UM, WELL DO FOLKS, I MEAN, I'M FINE EITHER WAY. I THINK FOR STAFF, AS FAR AS LIKE SIMPLICITY AND, UM, AND GETTING ORGANIZING THINGS A LITTLE, MAYBE A LITTLE MORE, BETTER RATIONALLY ON THEIR END, IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE TWO SUB COMMITTEES. UM, AND THAT WE GET KIND OF GET CLEAR ON, ON WHAT HAPPENS IN SUB COMMITTEE VERSUS TASKFORCE AND MAYBE TRY TO WORK, WORK THROUGH THAT A LITTLE BIT. UM, IT SEEMS, IT SEEMS LIKE TO TWO TOPICS HERE, ONE IS, SHOULD WE REDUCE THE NUMBER OF SUBCOMMITTEES OR COMBINED SUBCOMMITTEES THAT, THAT SEEMS TO BE AN EASY DECISION BASED ON EVERYTHING WE'VE HEARD. RIGHT. THEN THE SECOND IS HOW DO WE DIVIDE UP THE WORK? YEAH. SO I LIKED THE WAY Y'ALL PROPOSED DIVIDING IN, UH, BUT IT IS MAKING IT HARD FOR ME TO CHOOSE. UM, SO, AND I, I DON'T WANT TO OVER-COMMIT BILL, ONE THING WE COULD CONSIDER AS PART OF THIS IS THERE MAYBE TIMES THAT WE'VE HAD MEETINGS WHEN WE DIDN'T NEED TO HAVE THEM. AND I, AND, AND I'M NOT CRITICIZING THE MEETINGS WERE ALL VERY, VERY GOOD, BUT IN THE, IN THE, IN THE INTERESTS OF CONSERVING TIME, IT COULD BE THAT THE WAY WE DESIGNED THE MEETING IS SIMPLY AN EMAIL. LIKE FOR INSTANCE, IF THERE'S THE, LET'S TAKE THE SMART METER THING, MAYBE WE DON'T NEED TO HAVE A METER. MAYBE WE JUST EMAIL OUT A SPREADSHEET THAT SO MANY THOUSANDS OF THESE HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN THIS, YOU KNOW, AND WE JUST DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT. AND THAT ANSWERS ENOUGH OF THE QUESTIONS THAT SAY, WELL, WE DON'T NEED NECESSARILY NEED A MEETING. CAUSE I KNOW FOR YOU GUYS TO HOLD A MEETING, YOU GOT TO ROUND UP EVERYBODY AND DO ALL THIS. AND IT'S A LOT OF WORK. AND I, I APPRECIATE THAT. SO MAYBE THERE'S WAYS THAT WE CAN ANSWER QUESTIONS MORE ECONOMICALLY IN TERMS OF TIME. OKAY. UM, ANYONE ELSE? AND WE'RE GOING TO BE IN THE POSITION OF CONTINUING THE WORK OF WATERFORD 18 AT THE SAME TIME, AS WE'RE TRYING TO OPEN UP THE HOOD AND SORT OF CREATE WATER FOR 24. AND SO I THINK REALLY WHAT THE ASK IS, YOU KNOW, TO ALLOW SOME CREATIVITY ON HOW WE SORT OF STREAMLINE AND, YOU KNOW, MORE EFFICIENTLY USE OUR RESOURCES. I THINK YOU HAD A GREAT POINT. I THINK THE THINGS THAT WE CAN REDUCE TO WRITTEN REPORTS, YOU KNOW, THAT'S, YOU KNOW, WHERE WE WILL HEAD, UM, TO YOUR POINT, UH, THE, THE PURPOSE OF THE COMMITTEES IS NOT AT ALL. I MEAN, TH THE BODY EXISTS. SO THE TASK FORCE IS THE BODY THAT WAS SET BY COUNCIL. AND SO WE'RE GOING TO RUN THINGS, INFORMATION FORMAL APPROVALS THROUGH THE FULL, UM, TASK FORCE. BUT I THINK THERE IS SOME FLEXIBILITY THAT COMES WITH SOME SMALLER GROUPS. AND SO WE DON'T HAVE TO HAVE ALL OF THIS GRANDIOSITY. UM, AND, AND SO, AND I THINK WE HAVE FOUND THE TASKFORCE TO BE, AND THE SUBCOMMITTEES TO BE EFFECTIVE VEHICLES, BUT I THINK WE'RE, WE'RE HAVING TO KIND OF RETHINK AND REORGANIZE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WE WANT TO DO SO THAT WE CAN KEEP YOU ALL INFORMED. WE CAN KEEP STAFF MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTIONS AND THEN FOCUSED ON THE THINGS THAT THEY NEED TO. SO REALLY THAT'S THE REQUEST. SO WE CAN'T, WE CAN'T DO IT IN A WAY THAT CREATES A CORE, UM, THAT THERE THEREFORE NECESSITATES A PUBLIC MEETINGS. SO WE'VE SAT SOME OF THOSE DETAILS, BUT THE SHORT ANSWER IS YES, IF THERE'S SOME FLEXIBILITY, SMALLER GROUPS, WE CAN CERTAINLY ACCOMMODATE HYBRID MEETINGS. THAT'S EASY. WE FIGURED THAT OUT. YEAH. OKAY. SO I SEE THAT WE ARE AT TWO O'CLOCK AND WE HAVE A QUESTION OF, DO WE MOVE TO A NEW COMMITTEE STRUCTURE? UM, I GUESS ANOTHER QUESTION WOULD BE WHO WANTS TO BE ON THE COMMITTEES? AND SO MAYBE AN EMAIL COULD BE SENT OUT SAYING, HERE'S THE TWO COMMITTEES THAT WE'RE GOING TO HAVE IF WE DECIDE TO DO THAT, UM, HERE'S THEIR FUNCTION WHO WANTS TO BE ON WHICH ONE AND WHAT KIND OF SEE WHERE WE LAND.
