RAISE YOUR HAND.

OKAY.

YOU DISAPPROVED UNANIMOUSLY SIX TO ZERO.

UH, WORKING GROUP AND

[WORKING GROUP/COMMITTEE UPDATES ]

COMMITTEES THERE A REPORT FROM CODES AND ORDINANCES JOINT COMMITTEE.

WE HAD A MEETING, UM, LOOKED AT RECLAIMED WATER CODE AMENDMENTS.

THERE WAS NO VOTE.

UM, AND THEN WE LOOKED AT, WE HAD A BRIEFING OF SOUTH CENTRAL WATERFRONT OVER LAKE.

OKAY.

UM, COMPREHENSIVE PLAN JOINT COMMITTEE.

I CAN GIVE A REPORT OR YOU WANT ME TO, YOU WANT ME TO GO FOR IT OR YOU? UM, COMMISSIONER THOMPSON, DO YOU WANT TO NO, PLEASE.

PLEASE.

OKAY.

, WE DID HAVE A, WE DID HAVE A MEETING AND WE HAD ONE ITEM WE VOTED ON.

IT IS GONNA BE PRESENTED TO THE ZONING, TO THE, UH, PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THEIR APPROVAL.

AND IT IS REGARDING C TODDS.

UM, AND, AND WHAT E TODDS.

E TODDS, SORRY.

, UH, REGARDING E TODDS.

AND WE VOTED TO SUPPORT STAFF RECOMMENDATION WITH A FEW COMMENTS, BUT IT IS GONNA GO FORWARD TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THEY MADE THAT MOTION.

SO THAT IS ALL GOOD TO GO.

WE HAD A COUPLE OF OTHER GOOD PRESENTATIONS, UM, AND A LITTLE BIT OF TALK ABOUT THE BUDGET STUFF.

SO THAT WAS KIND OF IT FOR THE, YES, I, I WOULD JUST ADD THAT THE, UM, THAT INCLUDED IT SOME TYPOLOGIES FOR THE ETA THAT WE'RE GONNA START SEEING IN OUR, UH, REVIEW OF, RIGHT.

THAT WAS KIND OF THE THRUST OF WHAT THEY HAVE IS THAT AROUND EACH STATION THEY HAVE SOME TYPOLOGIES THAT THEY'VE DEVELOPED AND THEY WANTED TO INCLUDE THOSE WITH AS THEY GO THROUGH AND AS A CHECKBOX FOR US.

SO WE CAN SEE KINDA WHAT THE TYPOLOGY IS AROUND THOSE STATIONS AND PROPOSED STATIONS.

SO IT WAS A GOOD PRESENTATION.

UH, SMALL AREA PLANNING JOINT COMMITTEE.

[00:05:01]

WE HAVEN'T HAD A MEETING SINCE.

OKAY.

BUDGET WORKING GROUP.

UM, I GUESS MR. RIVERA SENT OUT LAST YEAR'S RECOMMENDATION ON FRIDAY AND IF EVERYBODY COULD LOOK AT THAT AND SEE WHAT THEY'D LIKE TO KEEP AND POSSIBLY WHAT THEY'D LIKE TO ADD.

OKAY.

THEN I THINK IN A MONTH WE'LL BE READY TO VOTE ON A RECOMMENDATION.

OKAY.

THE ONE THING I'VE TALKED ABOUT AND HEARD ABOUT WANTING SOME FUNDING FOR SOME IMPROVEMENTS ON IS LOCAL AREA FLOODING.

UM, GETTING A GOOD MAP THAT SHOWS LOCAL AREA FLOODING.

'CAUSE RIGHT NOW WE DON'T HAVE A MAP THAT SHOWS LOCAL AREA FLOODING.

WE HAVE A MAP THAT SHOWS WHERE PEOPLE HAVE CALLED IN AND COMPLAINED ABOUT LOCAL AREA FLOODING.

UM, BUT NOTHING ABOUT THESE AREAS OF TOWN OR HAVING LOCAL AREA FLOODING.

AND I THINK AS WE LOOK AT GOING THROUGH THE HOME PROGRAM AND INCREASING DENSITY ON LOTS, WE REALLY NEED TO HAVE A HANDLE ON WHERE DO WE HAVE LOCALIZED FLOODING AND WHERE DON'T WE, 'CAUSE THERE MAY BE SOME AREAS OF TOWN THAT MAKES GREAT SENSE TO ADD EVEN MORE DENSITY AND SOME AREAS WHERE IT'S GONNA BE A CONCERN BY ADDING MORE DENSITY.

SO THAT'S ONE THING I WANTED TO TALK ABOUT.

WHEN WE GET TO THE BUDGET ISSUES, I I FULLY ENDORSE THAT.

GOOD .

ALL RIGHT.

UH, FUTURE AGENDA

[FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ]

ITEMS. ANYTHING JUST FOLLOWING UP ON THE ALCON'S PRESENTATION, LOOKING AT ANDREW, HAVE A PRESENTATION ON THE ALCON'S PRESENT.

ALCON'S CHAIR, COMMISSION LAY LIAISON.

ANDREA, I APOLOGIZE FOR SIGNING LIKE A BROKEN RECORD, BUT WE DO HAVE THAT ONE.

UH, COMING SOON.

OKAY.

COMING SOON.

CAN'T WAIT.

IT'LL BE GREAT.

COMING SOON TO A THEATER NEAR YOU.

THERE YOU GO, .

OKAY.

IT IS SIX 11 AND WE ARE, I'M SORRY, CHAIR BEFORE YOU GO, I JUST, UM, HAPPENED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO'S ON THE AUSTIN, UH, WATER FORWARD COMMISSION.

MM-HMM.

AND SOME OF THE PREDICTIONS ABOUT WATER AVAILABILITY ARE PRETTY DIRE.

YEP.

AND I THINK THEY, IT MIGHT BE BENEFICIAL FOR THIS COMMISSION TO HEAR SOME OF THOSE CONCERNS AS, AS WE CONSIDER INCREASING DENSITY.

SO I DON'T KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN HEARING.

YEAH, THAT'D BE GOOD.

GREAT.

I I CAN FOLLOW UP WITH YOU ANDREW, AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION.

YEAH, I THINK WE HAVE TWO SPONSORS FOR THAT.

YEP.

SO SHARE SOMETHING FROM THE WATER FORWARD TASK FORCE.

OKAY.

NOW ARE WE READY TO ADJOURN? YES.

, WE'RE ADJOURN.

IT IS SIX 12 NOW.

ALL RIGHT.

GOODNIGHT EVERYONE.
