WE'RE JUST SIMPLY COLLECTING THE MONEY FROM FHLB AND THEN PUSHING IT BACK OUT TO THE R.
UH, WE ALSO WOULD LIKE TO AUTHORIZE A NET LOAN AGREEMENT, UH, WITH KAREN POINT MONTOPOLIS FOR AN AMOUNT OF $2 MILLION FOR A TOTAL LOAN AMOUNT, NOT TO EXCEED $8 MILLION FOR A MULTI-FAMILY RENTAL DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS CARE POINT MONTOPOLIS LOCATED AT OR NEAR 10 13 MONTOPOLIS DRIVE.
WE WOULD LIKE TO AUTHORIZE A LOAN AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS CLAYTON, 2024 LTD, UH, NOT TO EXCEED $7,950,000 FOR A MULTI-FAMILY RENTAL DEVELOPMENT, UH, KNOWN AS CAMERON HIGHLINE LOCATED AT OUR NEAR 1124 CLAYTON LANE.
