UM, LET'S MOVE ON TO

[2. Update from Chair Meyer regarding the recent work of the CapMetro Community Advisory Committee. ]

DISCUSSION ITEM.

THIS IS ITEM NUMBER TWO, UPDATE FROM CHAIR MEYER REGARDING THE RECENT WORK OF THE CAPITAL METRO COMMUNITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

UM, YESTERDAY THROUGH A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS, I WAS NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THE MEETING AS PLANNED, BUT I DID ATTEND THEIR NOVEMBER MEETING AND CAPITOL METRO, HOLD ON A SECOND, LEMME PULL IT UP.

SO THERE WAS A, UM, PRESENTATION DONE BY CAPITAL METRO REGARDING THEIR RAIL UPDATES.

AND, UM, YOU CAN GO TO THE WEBSITE FOR PROJECT CONNECT CAP, UH, CAPITAL METRO ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

AND YOU CAN FIND THIS UNDER THE AGENDAS FROM THE PAST, UM, MEETINGS.

ANYWAY, THEY, WE WERE TALKING ABOUT THE RED LINE AND THE GREEN LINE, AND THERE IS GOING TO BE, WHAT THEY'RE WORKING ON UNDER THE REDLINE TRAIL CONCEPT IS CONTINUOUS TRAIL, A CONTINUOUS TRAIL NETWORK THAT GENERALLY FOLLOWS THE 32 MILE REDLINE COMMUTER RAIL CORRIDOR.

UM, SO BASICALLY WHAT THEY WANNA HAVE IS KIND OF A, LIKE, JUST KIND OF A TRAIL PLACE FOR PEOPLE TO WALK, RIDE THEIR BIKES.

UM, ANYWAYS, SO I THOUGHT THAT THAT WAS VERY INTERESTING.

AND WHEN WE GET INTO DO BUSINESS FOR FUTURE BUSINESS, I GOING TO MAYBE RECOMMEND HAVING THEM COME OUT AND PRESENT TO US AND LET US KNOW WHAT KIND OF, UM, WHAT THEY'RE PLANNING AND MAKE SURE IT'S ACCESSIBLE AND JUST LET US KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON SO WE CAN JUST KIND OF SEE WHAT'S GOING ON.

SO THAT IS THE, ALL THE UPDATES I HAVE FOR THE CAC COMMITTEE.

SO, MOVING ON TO ITEM

[3. Discussion on the feasibility of attendance of and accessibility considerations for the Equity Office’s Undoing Institutional Racism Training.]

NUMBER THREE IS A DISCUSSION ON THE FEASIBILITY OF ATTENDANCE OF AN AN ACCESSIBILITY CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE EQUITY OFFICES, THE EQUITY OFFICES, UM, UNDOING INSTITU, RACISM TRAINING.

YES.

THAT IS AN ITEM FROM COMMISSIONER CHANG WHO IS NOT HERE TONIGHT.

SO IF THERE'S NO OBJECTIVE, UH, OBJECTIONS, I RECOMMEND THAT WE DELAY THIS TILL THE NEXT MEETING.

DOES ANYBODY OBJECT? NO.

NO.

MOTION.

MOTION THE TABLE.

OKAY.

UM, WE NEED A SECOND.

SECOND.

DO I HAVE A SECOND? SECOND.

[00:05:01]

OKAY.

UM, ALL, I'M SORRY.

IT'S BEEN A, IT'S BEEN A REALLY LONG DAY.

SO ANYBODY RAISE YOUR HAND OR SAY, UM, I, IF YOU AGREE.

AYE.

AYE.

AYE.

AYE.

ANY OPPOSED? NO.

OKAY.

MOTION CARRIES.

UM, LET'S

[4. Discussion on ways the Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities can work with and advise the City of Austin Human Resources Department. ]

MOVE ON TO DISCUSSION.

ITEM NUMBER FOUR SAYS, DISCUSSION.

DISCUSSION ON WAYS THE MAYOR'S COMMITTEE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES CAN WORK WITH AND ADVISE THIS CITY OF AUSTIN HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT.

THIS WAS AN ITEM RECOMMENDED BY COMMISSIONER KELLY WHO IS ALSO UNABLE TO ATTEND.

SO, UM, I AM RECOMMENDING AND ASKING FOR A MOTION TO ALSO TABLE THIS TILL NEXT MONTH.

MOTION TO TABLE PIZZA SECOND.

KRISTEN VALO.

OKAY.

ALL IN FAVOR? RAISE YOUR HAND OR SAY AYE.

AYE.

AYE.

ANY OPPOSED? GREAT.

MOTION CARRIES.

UM, LET'S

[5. Update on attendance of the Joint Inclusion Committee’s Budget Input Sessions.]

GO ON TO DISCUSSION ITEM NUMBER FIVE, UPDATE ON ATTENDANCE OF THE JOINT INCLUSION COMMITTEE'S BUDGET INPUT SESSION.

UM, THAT'S ME.

YEAH, IT IS.

THANK YOU SO MUCH.

UM, GO AHEAD.

OKAY, SO, OKAY.

THE UPDATE IS, I FOUND OUT WHAT THAT IT'S FOR THE BUDGET, WHICH WE HAVE TO COME UP WITH.

WE CAN COME UP WITH AN IDEA TO, UM, TO GET MONEY FOR THE COMMUNITY AND THEN IT HAS TO BE BY MARCH 31ST.

THAT'S BASICALLY WHAT WE WERE DOING THERE.

AND EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE A LOT OF OTHER COMMISSIONERS FROM THE AFRICAN AMERICAN RESOURCE CENTER, THE ASIAN AMERICAN, THE AGING AND SO ON, THE, IT REALLY NOT SEEM LIKE THERE WOULD'VE BEEN THAT MUCH TO TALK ABOUT WAS I ASKED WAS WHAT'S THE PROCESS OF THE BUDGET THING? AND THEN THEY, THEN THEY TOLD ME, THEY SAID, YOU HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT FOR THE BUDGET AND THEN PROPOSE THAT.

SO WE HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WE WANT OUR BUDGET.

I DO KNOW THAT LAST YEAR, UM, JUST AS A REMINDER, WE DID MAKE TWO BUDGET RECOMMENDATIONS.

ONE WAS FOR A POINT IN TIME COUNT SURVEY AND ONE WAS FOR, UM, BUDGETING TO SOMEHOW GET ACCESS TO GIVE INFORMATION TO THE DIS UM, THE COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN AUSTIN AND TRY TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON AND UM, ALSO LET THEM INTERACT WITH US IF THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE CITY.

SO THOSE ARE THE TWO BUDGET RECOMMENDATIONS WE MADE LAST YEAR.

NEITHER ONE OF THEM, UM, WERE SELECTED.

SO, BUT WE COULD MAKE THOSE FOR THE, THIS YEAR'S BUDGET.

COULD WE, IS THAT SOMETHING THAT WE CAN DO? YEAH.

YEAH.

SO WE HAVE TO MAKE BUDGET RECOMMENDATIONS.

THEY ARE, THEY'RE TECHNICALLY DUE AT THE END OF MARCH, UM, LAST YEAR, CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG, I BELIEVE THAT WE ENDED UP HAVING TO HAVE A SPECIAL MEETING.

LIKE WE JUST BARELY GOT OUR RECOMMENDATIONS IN UNDER THE WIRE.

UM, SO THIS YEAR, I THINK WE SHOULD START A LITTLE BIT EARLIER ON THINKING ABOUT IF THERE ARE ANY BUDGET RECOMMENDATIONS.

I KNOW THAT IN PREVIOUS MEETINGS WE HAVE DISCUSSED THE, UM, THE ISSUE WITH THE LITTLE, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE CALLED, BUT LIKE THE ELECTRONIC BIKES AND SCOOTERS BEING LIKE PARKED WILLY-NILLY AND NOT BEING ACCESSIBLE, THAT SORT OF THING.

UM, SO FOR INSTANCE, IF YOU WANTED TO START A PUBLIC INFORMATION CAMPAIGN ON THAT AND, AND SPEND CITY MONEY TO PUT UP SIGNS TO TELL PEOPLE TO PARK THEIR SCOOTERS IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND NOT LEAVE THEM IN THE STREETS, UM, WHICH I THINK WE'VE DISCUSSED IN THIS COMMITTEE, YOU WOULD WANNA START IN JANUARY GETTING TOGETHER A PROPOSAL SO THAT BEFORE MARCH 31ST, THIS IS SUBMITTED TO THE JIC SO THAT YOU GUYS COULD GET FUNDING FOR IT.

THAT'S ABSOLUTELY RIGHT, MICKEY, YOU WOULD WANT THAT

[00:10:01]

AT THE VERY LATEST MARCH 31ST.

SO IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE THAT THIS BOARD WANTS FUNDED, UM, ABS ABSOLUTELY THE, THE LAST DAY THAT YOU COULD DO IT WOULD BE MARCH 31ST AND OUR BUDGET RECOMMENDATIONS DID GO IN LATE.

THAT'S NOT WHY THEY WEREN'T APPROVED LAST YEAR, BUT, UH, OR THIS YEAR.

BUT IT WOULD DEFINITELY BE GOOD TO GET THEM IN ON TIME AND, UM, I'M SURE THERE'S OTHER THINGS THAT WE, YOU KNOW, MIGHT WANNA BREAK OUT INTO GROUPS OR, YOU KNOW, HAVE, UH, SOME KIND OF DISCUSSION ABOUT, UM, HOW WE COULD HELP THE COMMUNITY AND IF, IF WE NEED MONEY TO DO IT THIS YEAR, THAT'S SOMETHING WE COULD PUT ON THE ACTION ITEM DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS FOR JANUARY.

YEAH, AND ONE THING WE DID IN THE PAST, UM, WHEN I WAS, WE HAD, UH, LIKE BUDGET TOWN HALL MEETINGS, UM, WE HAD ONE WHERE THAT WE CAN INVITE THE PUBLIC, UH, TO COME SPEAK ON ISSUES THAT PEOPLE THAT AFFECTED PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE CITY OF AUSTIN.

THAT'S SOMETHING WE COULD POSSIBLY LOOK AT DOING AS WELL.

MM-HMM .

YEAH, THAT'S A GREAT IDEA.

THANK YOU.

UM, SO AS, UM, THANK YOU MICKEY VERY MUCH FOR ATTENDING THIS MEETING AND BRINGING BACK THE INFORMATION US.

IT'S VERY HELPFUL.

I GOOD.

UM, SO IS THERE ANY FURTHER DISCUSSION ON THIS ITEM? NO.

OKAY.

SO NOW DISCUSSION AND AT, OH WAIT, UM, DISCUSSION ITEM

[6. Discussion on commissioner appointments in 2025, including Joint Inclusion Committee representatives, holdover capacity and quorum for the Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities.]

NUMBER SIX IS DISCUSSION ON COMMISSIONER APPOINTMENTS IN 2025, INCLUDING JIC COMMITTEE REPRESENTATIVES, HOLDOVER CAPACITY IN QUORUM FOR THE MAYOR'S COMMITTEE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.

UM, CHRISTIE, WOULD YOU LIKE TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, PLEASE? OF COURSE.

THANK YOU, CHAIR.

AND I JUST WANTED TO CLARIFY THAT IF YOU'VE RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT YOUR TERM IS ENDING FEBRUARY 28TH, 2025, THERE IS A HOLDOVER CAPACITY FOR 60 DAYS, WHICH WILL ALLOW THE YOU TO CONTINUE TO SERVE, UM, UNTIL EITHER YOU'RE REAPPOINTED OR A NEW, UH, COMMISSIONER IS APPOINTED.

IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN CONTINUING TO SERVE, PLEASE JUST MAKE SURE YOUR APPLICATION IS UPDATED.

AND THEN, UH, COMMISSIONER POWELL HAD INDICATED THAT WE, THE COMM, I'M SORRY, THE COMMITTEE WILL MOST LIKELY NEED TO TAKE ACTION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR NEXT YEAR FOR THE JIC REPRESENTATIVES.

SO IF THERE'S ANYBODY WHO'S INTERESTED IN SERVING AS PRIMARY OR SECONDARY, UM, JOINT INCLUSION REPRESENTATIVES, THAT WOULD BE POTENTIALLY COMING UP, UM, MARCH OF NEXT YEAR.

BUT COMMISSIONER POWELL, AND PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG, COMMISSIONER POWELL, BUT I THINK YOU'D INDICATED YOU WERE INTERESTED IN CONTINUING TO SERVE IN THAT CAPACITY, UM, FOR THE NEW YEAR.

UM, ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT, UM, THE HOLDOVER OR ANY OF THAT? I THINK WITH, UM, WHAT'S GOING ON IN MY PERSONAL LIFE WITH MY MOTHER AND, UM, THE AMOUNT OF CARE THAT SHE'S GOING TO NEED RIGHT NOW, I THINK I CAN DO THE HOLDOVER FOR BOTH BOARDS.

AND I'M HAPPY IF, UH, YOU KNOW, ANYBODY CAN'T MAKE QUORUM TO HELP YOU GUYS OUT, BUT I DON'T THINK I WILL BE REAPPLYING TO SERVE, UM, ESPECIALLY THE NEXT THREE TO SIX MONTHS ARE GOING TO BE SO CRITICAL.

UM, IT'S JUST TOO MUCH RIGHT NOW.

THANK YOU COMMISSIONER POWELL.

THANK YOU GUYS.

OKAY, SO THAT BRINGS US

[7. Select a Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities member liaison to participate in the interview panel and relay Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities authorized feedback on the interview process for the Director of the Office of Equity and Inclusion.]

TO DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS. THIS IS ITEM NUMBER SEVEN, SELECT A MAYOR'S COMMITTEE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES MEMBER LIAISON TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INTERVIEW PANEL.

UM, AND RELAY MAYOR'S COMMITTEE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.

AUTHORIZE FEEDBACK ON THE INTERVIEW PROCESS FOR THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF EQUITY AND INCLUSION.

UM, THIS, THIS WAS MY ITEM.

I WAS RECEIVING EMAILS FROM THE EQUITY OFFICE.

UM, I GUESS THEY'RE IN THE PROCESS OF INTERVIEWING FOR A NEW DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF EQUITY AND INCLUSION.

AND THE, THE EQUITY OFFICE WANTED ME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE VARIOUS ROUNDS OF INTERVIEWS IN THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.

UM, ONE OF THE INTERVIEWS WAS DECEMBER 4TH, THE NEXT ONE WILL BE MONDAY.

UM, WE DID NOT, THEY WANTED RSVPS BY THE 11TH.

I'M NOT AVAILABLE ON MONDAY.

SO I WAS GONNA COME AND TALK AND SEE IF ANYBODY ELSE WAS INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING.

HOWEVER, GIVEN THE, THE BYLAWS AND THE WAY OUR, OUR, UM, COMMISSION WORKS IS THAT IS NOT, WE'RE NOT ABLE TO PARTICIPATE

[00:15:01]

IN LIKE PARTICIPATE AS A PANELIST, BUT WE CAN GO AND BRING BACK INFORMATION TO THE COMMITTEE.

IS THAT CORRECT? RIGHT.

SO LIKE WE CAN GO, WE CAN PARTICIPATE, UM, BUT WE CAN'T BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER IN THE DISCUSSION WHETHER OR NOT TO HIRE SOMEBODY, BUT WE CAN GO AND PARTICIPATE AND OBSERVE AND BRING INFORMATION BACK TO THE COMMITTEE.

I JUST REALLY WANTED TO LET Y'ALL KNOW THAT I WA THAT I DID GET THAT OPPORTUNITY.

UM, IT'S NOT GONNA WORK OUT BECAUSE OF THE RULES OF OUR COMMISSION AND ALSO I'M JUST NOT AVAILABLE.

BUT I WANNA KNOW WHAT ARE Y'ALL'S THOUGHTS? IS, IS THAT SOMETHING THAT WE ARE INTERESTED IN PURSUING AS A COMMITTEE OR NOT? WHAT DO Y'ALL THINK? THOUGHTS ABOUT THAT? WELL, IT SOUNDS IMPORTANT TO ME.

CAN YOU GIVE US MORE INFORMATION ON WHAT TIME AND WHERE ON MONDAY? UM, SO THEY WANTED IT ON MONDAY FROM EIGHT TO NOON.

UM, BUT GIVEN THAT IT IS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND THEY WERE ASKING FOR OUR V PEAS, WE CAN'T, I LIKE, I DON'T THINK THAT THEY'RE GONNA TURN ANYBODY AWAY IF SOMEBODY DOES SHOW UP.

UM, BUT YEAH, IT DOES SOUND IMPORTANT TO ME AS WELL, BUT I'M A LITTLE BIT CONFUSED AND ABOUT THE FACT THAT IF YOU GO AND YOU SHOW UP AND YOU CAN'T REALLY PARTICIPATE AS AN ACTIVE MEMBER, BUT IT WOULD BE HELPFUL JUST MAYBE TO GATHER INFORMATION AND JUST, YOU KNOW, TO OBSERVE THE PROCESS.

UM, DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE DIRECTOR DOES? I'M SORRY? THE, THE, THE POSITION? YES.

WELL, I AM THE DIRECTOR OF OFFICE OF THE OFFICE OF EQUITY AND INCLUSION.

I AM NOT A HUNDRED PERCENT SURE, BUT I AM ASSUMING THAT THEY ARE THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE EQUITY OFFICE.

OH, OKAY.

I MEAN IT'S, IT IS, UM, PROBABLY A POSITION THAT WOULD BE IMPORTANT TO THIS COMMITTEE AND THAT WE WOULD BE WORKING WITH THAT WHOEVER GETS THAT POSITION.

SO IS IT A PUBLIC MEETING THAT'S HAPPENING? NO, IT'S NOT A PUBLIC MEETING.

IT IS.

UM, SO BASICALLY THEY DID THE FIRST ROUNDS OF INTERVIEWS.

THEY'RE HIRING A DIRECTOR.

OKAY.

AND THEY DID THE FIRST ROUND OF INTERVIEWS.

OKAY.

UM, AND THEN THIS IS THE, I'M GONNA HAVE TO REVIEW THE EMAIL TO BE CERTAIN, BUT I BELIEVE THIS MAY BE THE FINAL ROUND OF INTERVIEWS AND I THINK THEY JUST WANTED SOMEONE, UM, FROM OUR COMMITTEE TO PARTICIPATE, BUT GIVEN OUR RULES.

RIGHT.

I GOT YOU THERE.

THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE, BUT MAYBE, MAYBE WE COULD.

AND ALSO JUST GIVEN THE FACT THAT WE ONLY MEET ONCE A MONTH, LIKE THE TIMING THIS TIME WAS OFF, I JUST KIND OF WANTED TO DISCUSS WHAT WE CAN TELL, UM, YOU KNOW, TELL HR IN THE FUTURE, HEY, IF YOU KNOW THIS POSITION'S COMING UP, I NEED AT LEAST A FOUR TO SIX WEEK, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN? AND JUST LET THEM KNOW THAT WE ARE INTERESTED.

BUT GIVEN THE CONSTRAINTS OF THE BYLAWS, UM, WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET IT TOGETHER IN TIME THIS TIME.

BUT I JUST WANTED TO SEE IF Y'ALL, IF Y'ALL WANTED TO PARTICIPATE, IF THAT'S SOMETHING THAT YOU, THAT YOU THOUGHT WOULD BE WORTHWHILE FOR THE COMMITTEE.

OH YES.

OKAY.

ALL RIGHT.

SO I I, GO AHEAD.

COULD WE, COULD WE MAKE A RECOMMENDATION WHEN THEY GET DOWN TO THE FINAL PERSON THAT MAYBE THERE IS SOME KIND OF COMMUNITY DIALOGUE, UM, WITH THAT PERSON BEFORE THEY'RE HIRED? I THINK THAT, I THINK THAT WAS THE INTENTION WAS THAT WE WOULD BE PART OF THE PANEL TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS HIRING PROCESS.

UM, BUT I THINK JUST THE TIMING, LIKE I SAID, THE TIMING WAS OFF SO WE'RE NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PARTICULAR PROCESS, HOWEVER, SO WHAT MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT I CAN, IF WE FIND OUT THAT THEY'RE HIRING FOR A POSITION LIKE THIS, RIGHT? AND THEY SAY, HEY, WE'RE HAVING INTERVIEWS HERE, WE CAN COME HAVE A MEETING, WE CAN APPOINT SOMEONE TO BE KIND OF AN OBSERVER, RIGHT? NOT NECESSARILY A PARTICIPANT NOT MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS, BUT JUST KIND OF AN OBSERVER.

THEN AFTER THAT MEETING WE CAN COME BACK TO OUR MEETING AND DISCUSS IT.

IS THAT TRUE? YES, THAT'S RIGHT.

YES.

OKAY.

SO THEN, THEN, AND AT THAT POINT WE CAN MAKE A RECOMMENDATION.

SO YOU CAN SEE THAT LIKE FOR US TO ACTUALLY MAKE A RECOMMENDATION, IT'S GONNA TAKE AT LEAST SEVEN OR EIGHT WEEKS 'CAUSE WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO HAVE, YOU KNOW, OR MAYBE LIKE A MINIMUM SIX TO EIGHT, NINE WEEKS.

UM, SO I DON'T KNOW THAT THE CITY'S HIRING PROCESS IS THAT LONG, BUT I DO THINK EVEN IF WE, EVEN IF WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO MAKE A RECOMMENDATION IN THE FUTURE TO LIKE COME BACK AGAIN AND MAKE A RECOMMENDATION, JUST AT LEAST

[00:20:01]

SOMEBODY BEING PRESENT AND YOU KNOW, OBSERVING THE PROCESS AND REPORTING BACK WOULD BE HELPFUL.

IS THERE ANY FURTHER DISCUSSION ON THAT ADAM? NO.

OKAY.

SO I WILL, I WILL REACH BACK OUT TO THEM AND LET THEM KNOW THAT IT'S NOT THAT WE DIDN'T WANNA PARTICIPATE, BUT YOU KNOW, THE BYLAWS AND THE TIMING.

UM, AND ASK THEM PLEASE TO INVITE US AGAIN AND JUST LET THEM KNOW WHAT OUR TIME CONSTRAINTS ARE.

THAT SOUNDS GREAT.

DOES THAT SEEM FAIR? MM-HMM .

OKAY.

FANTASTIC.

UM, SO THE, NOW WE ARE ON TO FUTURE

[FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS]

AGENDA ITEMS. UM, AND I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THAT WE HAVE CAPITAL METRO COME OUT AND DISCUSS WITH US THEIR PLANS FOR THE RED LINE TRAIL.

UM, AND THEN I ALSO LIKE AS A PRESENTATION, UM, YES.

AND THEN I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THAT WE, UM, HAVE A DISCUSSION WITH ACTION ON THE BUDGET FOR JANUARY.

DO YOU NEED A MOTION FOR THAT? I DON'T THINK SO.

DO I? GREAT.

LET'S DO IT.

NO, NO.

UM, ARE THERE ANY OTHER, AND THEN OF COURSE EVERYTHING THAT WE DID NOT GET TO TONIGHT, ALSO, WE'LL MOVE OVER TO OUR JANUARY MEETING.

UM, IS THERE, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE? UM, YOU KNOW WHAT I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO JUST UPDATE, UM, HAVE A UPDATE FOR THE PROJECT CONNECT CAC MEETING IN CASE THERE IS AN UPDATE.

OKAY.

UM, DOES ANYBODY ELSE HAVE ANY UPDATES OR, I MEAN ANY FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS? NO, NOT AT THIS TIME, NO.

OKAY.

WELL GUYS, I THINK THAT THAT IS IT.

UM, CAN I HAVE A MOTION TO ADJOURN? MOTION TO ADJOURN.

SECOND.

SECOND.

ALL IN FAVOR? RAISE YOUR HAND.

SAY AYE.

AYE.

ANY OPPOSED? NOPE.

OKAY.

WELL I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYBODY AS PARTICULARLY DISCUSSING THE BUDGET, UM, IN JANUARY.

AND EVERYBODY HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY HOLIDAY.

THANK YOU, YOU HOLIDAY.

BYE.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

YOU ALL TOO.

YEAH, I DIDN'T THAT STILL TAKE? NO, I DIDN'T.
