THERE IS VERY LIMITED PARKING. THE PARKING SPOTS ARE VERY SMALL AND, UH, OFTENTIMES WE'RE NOT ABLE TO ACCESS OUR PARKING SPOT, NOR ARE OUR GUESTS. UM, WE ARE THE ORIGINAL OWNERS. 2007. UH, WE'RE ASKING THAT Y'ALL PRESERVE THE OWNER'S RIGHTS AND NOT DO THIS FOR A RENTING TENANT. UH, IF EFFECTIVELY ALL THE OTHER OWNERS ARE GETTING CHARGED FOR THE WATER AND WASTEWATER BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT INDIVIDUALLY METERED AND CHARGED FOR OWNER, UM, A LOT OF THE PROSPECT TENANT THAT WE'VE HAD ARE NOT INTERESTED IN OUR SPACE BECAUSE THERE'S LIMITED PARKING DUE TO THE HAIR SALON AS WELL AS THE SOUND AND THE NOISE THAT COMES WITH HAIR SALON.
