UM, OUR FLIGHTS DECREASED SLIGHTLY FROM LAST YEAR, I THINK IT WAS 2 67 TO TWO 60, UH, THIS MONTH VERSUS THE PRIOR YEAR. MAY, UH, AND CARGO TONNAGE ALSO DECREASED ABOUT, UH, ALMOST 11.7%, AND YET TO DATE IT IS DOWN ABOUT 6.4%. UM, ON THE OPERATING REVENUE SIDE, UH, WE SAW A 10% INCREASE ON THE OPERATING REVENUE FOR THE MONTH OF MAY. MOST OF THAT DRIVEN BY AIRLINE REVENUES. AND THAT IS REALLY A FUNCTION OF THE, THE INCREASES IN RATES THAT WE DID IN, UH, FISCAL YEAR 25. UH, PARKING IS UP SLIGHTLY. UH, WE DID DO A PARKING RATE INCREASE THAT BECAME EFFECTIVE AS OF MAY 1ST IN THE PARKING GARAGE AND THE, UH, IN THE BLUE GARAGE AND THE RED GARAGE AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION AND RENTAL CAR REVENUES ARE DOWN. UM, ALSO, BUT ADVERTISING IS DOING VERY WELL. 31% UP VERSUS PRIOR YEAR. AND OTHER REVENUES. UM, IN TERMS OF OTHER CONCESSIONS, RENTAL AND FEES IS UP ABOUT 8%. SO OVERALL OPERATING REVENUES ARE UP 10%. UH, AND YEAR TO DATE, THEY'RE UP 9.8%. SO ROUGHLY, YOU KNOW, FOLLOWING THE SAME TRENDS, UH, WHAT WE HAVE SEEN IN THE PARKING SIDE IS WE'VE SEEN, YOU KNOW, PARKING TRANSACTIONS BEING DOWN ABOUT 5% IN LINE WITH WHAT WE ARE SEEING IN THE DECLINE IN THE EMPLOYMENTS, UH, RENTAL CAR TRANSACTIONS YEAR TO DATE DOWN ABOUT TWO AND A HALF PERCENT. UM, SO THAT'S AGAIN, IN LINE WITH WHAT WE ARE SEEING IN TERMS OF DEPLANED PASSENGERS TOO. ON THE OPERATING EXPENSE SIDE, UM, THE OPERATING EXPENSE EXPENSES FOR THE MONTH IS UP 12%, AND YEAR TO DATE, IT IS 10% HIGHER THAN LAST YEAR. BUT VERSUS BUDGET, UH, WE ARE FOLLOWING AND TRACKING VERY WELL IN TERMS OF BUDGET. UM, THE REVENUE IS SLIGHTLY DOWN, OBVIOUSLY WITH THE PARKING REVENUE AND THE TRANSACTIONS BEING DOWN. SO VERSUS BUDGET, UH, OVERALL REVENUES ARE DOWN ABOUT 1.7% OR 0.8%. I MEAN 1.7 MILLION OR 0.8%. AND OPERATING EXPENSES ARE JUST 1% FAVORABLE TO WHERE WE BUDGETED. SO IN, SO OVERALL IN TERMS OF OPERATING REVENUES AND, UH, EXPENSES WITH AIRPORT TRACKING, WELL VERSUS BUDGET, UH, THERE'S ONE ITEM HERE AS I, UM, IS ON THE, UH, DEBT SERVICE END. AND IN 2022, AUSTIN HAD JUST BROKEN INTO THE TOP 10, UH, LARGEST CITIES IN THE COUNTRY. AND, UM, THE AUSTIN METRO AREA WAS STILL THE FASTEST GROWING LARGE METRO IN THE COUNTRY. AND THIS IS A POSITION IT HELD FOR 12 CONSECUTIVE YEARS. TODAY, AUSTIN IS NOW THE 13TH LARGEST CITY IN THE COUNTRY, AND THE AUSTIN METRO AREA IS NOW THE FOURTH FASTEST GROWING REGION IN THE COUNTRY. THAT'S A LOT OF CHANGE IN THREE SHORT YEARS, THAT IS A LOT OF CHANGE. AND IN FACT, YOU KNOW, IT'S THE CHANGE ITSELF. WE ADDED ABOUT 58,000, UH, PEOPLE TO THE, TO THE, UH, METRO AREA SINCE, UM, IN JUST ONE YEAR. AND THAT NUMBER HAS REMAINED RELATIVELY CONSISTENT. UM, BUT SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WE'RE SEEING IS THAT WE'RE JUST NOT GROWING AS RAPIDLY AS SOME OF THE OTHER AREAS IN THE COUNTRY, ESPECIALLY, UH, EVEN SOME OF THE AREAS HERE IN TEXAS, ESPECIALLY, YOU KNOW, LARGE METRO AREAS LIKE DALLAS AND HOUSTON, MANY OF THE, OF THE ADDED RESIDENTS THAT WE DID BRING TO THE METRO AREA WERE FOUND IN MANY OF THE SUBURBAN AREAS OF THE METRO. SO, BUT, AND HERE'S A LIST OF THOSE FASTEST GROWING, UM, CITIES IN THE COUNTRY. AND WHAT YOU CAN SEE HERE, AND AND PERHAPS YOU'LL RECALL, UM, IS, IS THAT IN THE PAST, YOU KNOW, I'VE, I'VE HIGHLIGHTED ALL OF THE CITIES THAT ARE SORT OF IN THE SURROUNDING AUSTIN AREA, UH, IN GREEN. AND YOU CAN SEE THAT THEY'RE KIND OF TOWARDS THE BOTTOM OF THAT LIST. WHEN I PRESENTED TO YOU IN 2022, UM, GEORGETOWN, LEANDER, KYLE, THESE WERE THE TOP THREE FASTEST GROWING CITIES IN THE COUNTRY. SO EVEN THESE SURROUNDING AREAS THEMSELVES ARE GROWING A LITTLE BIT MORE SLOWLY. UM, TWO, A COUPLE OF AREAS THAT ARE ON THIS LIST THAT HAVE [00:20:01] ACTUALLY GROWN A LOT SINCE THEN INCLUDE HURO AND MANOR, BUT WE ARE JUST SEEING A LITTLE BIT MORE OF A, OF A SLOWER GROWTH PATTERN TO THE REGION AS A WHOLE, AND EVEN TO SOME OF THESE SURROUNDING CITIES. AND SO, I GUESS TO, TO KIND OF ANSWER FOR YOU, WHAT HAS CHANGED, UM, SINCE THEN, AND, AND NAMELY WHAT'S REALLY CHANGED IS A CONTINUED SLOW GROWTH IN TRAVIS COUNTY. WE STARTED TO SEE SOME HINTS OF THIS, ESPECIALLY IN OUR DOMESTIC MIGRATION FIGURE. SO THESE ARE, UH, PEOPLE THAT MOVE TO THE AREA FROM OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY, BUT ALSO FROM OTHER PARTS OF TEXAS. UM, WHAT WE STARTED TO SEE WAS THAT WE WERE SEEING DECLINES IN MOVERS FROM OTHER STATES, FROM OTHER PARTS OF TEXAS. AND THEN THAT WAS PAIRED WITH CONTINUED LOSSES FROM WITHIN, UM, THE, THE METRO AREA, BUT PARTICULARLY WITHIN TRAVIS COUNTY. AND SO, UM, IN, I, LAST YEAR, IN 2023, WHEN WE HAD THESE DATA, TRAVIS COUNTY ACTUALLY HAD NEGATIVE OUT MIGRATION. UM, AND SO IT HAD MORE PEOPLE MOVING OUT OF THE COUNT, UH, THE COUNTY THAN INTO THE COUNTY. AND WERE IT NOT FOR INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION, WE COULD HAVE EXPERIENCED OVERALL POPULATION DECLINE. THIS YEAR FOR 2024 IS WHAT WE HAVE THE, THE LATEST ESTIMATES FOR. WE DO NOT HAVE NEGATIVE OUT MIGRATION. IN FACT, WE HAVE POSITIVE, UM, NET MIGRATION, HOWEVER, THAT'S, THAT CAN ONLY BE ATTRIBUTED TO INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION. AND THAT'S THE INFORMATION SECTOR. THAT PARTICULAR SECTOR CONTINUES TO NOT GROW, AND IN FACT HAS DECLINED FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. AND SO WE'RE NOT SEEING AS MANY DOMESTIC MIGRANTS FROM OTHER PARTS OF THE COUNTRY MOVING AS A RESULT OF THAT SORT OF SLOWER JOB GROWTH. PEOPLE WHO ARE MOVING FROM OTHER PARTS OF TEXAS TEND TO BE A LITTLE BIT YOUNGER. AND SO THESE ARE GONNA BE CLOSER TO YOUR COLLEGE AGE, UH, FOLKS. WE'VE SEEN SOME, UM, ASIAN COUNTRIES MOVE A LITTLE BIT FARTHER UP ON THAT LIST, UM, IN, IN RECENT YEARS IN JUST THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS. UM, BUT WHAT WE'RE SEEING IN OUR RECENT, YOU KNOW, SORT OF MIGRATION NUMBERS IS THAT INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION IN AUSTIN IS PLAYING A GREATER AND GREATER ROLE. THE POPULATION FIGURES THAT I SHARED WITH YOU WERE FOR JUNE 30TH, 2023 TO JULY 1ST, 2024. GOING BACK TO SORT OF THE POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC NATURE OF THOSE INFLOWS, THIS IS PROCEEDING, RIGHT? THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION AND THE CURRENT MORE RESTRICTIVE, UM, IMMIGRATION POLICIES. AND SO I THINK FOR ME, THE BIG QUESTION IS WHAT WILL THESE NUMBERS LOOK LIKE NEXT YEAR, RIGHT? WE'RE NOT, WE'RE SEEING SOME STABILITY IN TERMS OF OUR NATURAL GROWTH, SO BIRTHS OVER DEATHS. SO IF THAT STAYS STABLE AND WE CONTINUE TO NOT GROW OUR DOMESTIC MIGRATION, BUT ARE NOW FACING, YOU KNOW, ADDITIONAL COUNTRIES ON TRAVEL BANS, MORE RESTRICTIVE IMMIGRATION POLICIES THAT REALLY CURB HUMANITARIAN AND UNDOCUMENTED MIGRATION, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR THE CITY OF AUSTIN AND FOR TRAVIS COUNTY? IN REALITY, IT COULD MEAN POPULATION DECLINE, WHICH IS SOMETHING THAT WE HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED IN OUR, UM, AREA'S HISTORY. SO JUST WANTED TO SHARE THAT WITH YOU. UM, I THINK I'LL KEEP GOING THROUGH THESE SLIDES AND SEE IF, UH, SEE IF WE CAN, YOU KNOW, GET BACK TO A, TO A PLACE WHERE WE CAN, YOU KNOW, START HAVING MORE CONVERSATIONS. RIGHT? SO I WAS TALKING TO YOU A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE SORT OF THE PUSH AND THE PULL FACTORS. UM, SOME OF THE, SOME OF THE PUSH FACTORS ARE DEFINITELY BEING FELT DISPROPORTIONATELY BY COMMUNITIES OF COLOR, WHICH OF COURSE IS THEN LEADING TO SOME OF THIS SIGNIFICANT GROWTH THAT WE'RE SEEING IN SOME OF THE SUBURBAN AREAS OF THE METRO AREA. BUT SOMETIMES THE, THE PEOPLE THAT ARE LEAVING TO THOSE AREAS ARE HAVING TO LEAVE EVEN FURTHER, RIGHT? AND SO THEY MAY BE GOING OUTSIDE OF THE REGION ALTOGETHER. UM, AND SO OUR, OUR COUNTY, OUR REGION CONTINUES TO DIVERSIFY, RIGHT? SO, LIKE, AS, AS, UH, FANG WAS SAYING, OUR, OUR AREA IS MUCH MORE DIVERSE TODAY THAN IT WAS EVEN IN 2020. BUT THERE'S A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE, UH, OUR CHANGE, OUR DEMOGRAPHIC SHIFTS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT. UM, BETWEEN 2010 AND 2020, THE WHITE POPULATION IS WHAT DROVE GROWTH IN THE CITY OF AUSTIN. THIS IS UNIQUE, UH, TO MOST CITIES IN THE COUNTRY. UM, AUSTIN IS ONE OF SEVEN CITIES WHERE THAT TOOK PLACE. UM, AND SO, YOU KNOW, TYPICALLY WE WERE SEEING GROWTH FROM POPULATIONS OF COLOR THAT WAS REALLY DRIVING THE GROWTH ACROSS THE COUNTRY, ACROSS THE STATE. BUT IN AUSTIN IT WAS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT. UH, WHEN WE LOOK AT THE INDIVIDUAL POPULATIONS OF COLOR, WE ARE SEEING SIGNIFICANT GROWTH AMONG THE ASIAN POPULATION, AND WE SAW WHAT A DIVERSE, UM, YOU KNOW, ETHNIC OR, UH, GROUP THAT IS RIGHT, EVEN THOUGH WE SORT OF LUMP IT TOGETHER AS THE ASIAN POPULATION, THE ORIGINS, THE LANGUAGES ARE ALL QUITE DIVERSE. AND THIS, UH, POPULATION IS, IS GROWING VERY RAPIDLY, RELATIVELY, UH, SIMILAR TO SOME OF THE GROWTH WE'RE SEEING ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND ACROSS THE STATE. BUT IN AUSTIN, IT'S REALLY, UH, AN INDICATION OF A COMMUNITY THAT IS NO LONGER JUST AN IMMIGRANT POPULATION, BUT A POPULATION THAT'S REALLY GROWING ROOTS. UM, THEY HAD, UM, THE FASTEST AND MOST SIGNIFICANT GROWTH IN TERMS OF, UH, CHILDREN IN AUSTIN. UM, UH, ASIAN HOUSEHOLDS WITH CHILDREN WERE ALSO THE, THE LARGER GROWING, UH, TYPES OF FAMILY HOUSEHOLDS. UM, WHEN WE LOOK AT THE GROWTH IN THE HISPANIC POPULATION, WE'RE ACTUALLY SEEING A LITTLE BIT SLOWER GROWTH RELATIVE TO WHAT WE SAW ACROSS THE STATE AND ACROSS THE COUNTRY. THE HISPANIC POPULATION GREW AT A RATE OF ABOUT 20% COMPARED TO ABOUT 50% IN TEXAS AND IN THE US OVERALL. AND THE SHARE OF THE HISPANIC POPULATION ACTUALLY DECLINED. AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT THE HISPANIC POPULATION SHARE, EVEN THOUGH IT'S GROWING, THE SHARE OF THE TOTAL [00:40:01] POPULATION SHRUNK. AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IT'S DONE THAT SINCE WE STARTED MEASURING THE HISPANIC POPULATION, THE BLACK POPULATION GREW THIS DECADE, BUT IT'S ALSO GROWING VERY SLOWLY, AND IT'S GROWING EVEN DURING A TIME WHEN THERE IS GREAT MIGRATION BACK TO SOUTHERN CITIES, UH, OF THE US INCLUDING OF ABOUT A MILLION AFRICAN-AMERICANS THAT WERE ADDED TO THE TEXAS POPULATION BETWEEN 2010 AND 2020. BUT AUSTIN RECEIVED LESS THAN 1% OF THAT GROWTH IN THE BLACK POPULATION. SO IT'S GROWING VERY, VERY MARGINALLY. SO IT'S IMPORTANT TO SORT OF NOTE, RIGHT, THAT EVEN THOUGH OUR CITY IS INCREASINGLY MORE DIVERSE, IT CAN OFTENTIMES OBSCURE SOME OF THESE SHRINKING SHARES OF HISPANIC AND BLACK POPULATION, AND ESPECIALLY WHEN WE LOOK AT THE CHILD POPULATION THAT ACTUALLY EXPERIENCE DECLINES AMONG BLACK AND LATINO CHILDREN. QUESTION FOR YOU. UM, SO I GUESS ALL THAT BEING SAID, WHAT ARE THE CURRENT, UH, PROPORTIONS OF BLACK AND HISPANIC POPULATION? YES. LET ME, I HAD IT UP HERE AT SOME POINT. SO YOU CAN SEE IT'S ABOUT, UH, 47% NON-HISPANIC WHITE, ABOUT 32 AND A HALF PERCENT, UM, HISPANIC. WE HAVE NOW THE ASIAN POPULATION IS THE THIRD LARGEST GROUP AT ALMOST 9% OF THE AUSTIN POPULATION. UM, THE AFRICAN POPULATION AT JUST UNDER 7%. AND THEN WE HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL, UH, MULTIRACIAL POPULATION AT ALMOST ABOUT 4%. AND THESE DEMOGRAPHICS, UM, IN TERMS OF SHARE, CLOSELY MATCH WHAT WE SEE IN THE METRO AREA. BUT INTERESTINGLY, AS SOON AS WE START TO SORT OF, UM, SPLIT THEM UP BY COUNTY, WE CAN START TO SEE SOME OF THOSE, UM, DIFFERENCES IN THOSE AREAS. THIS IS THE CITY? THIS IS FOR THE CITY, YEAH. LIKE A GREATER AUSTIN, 2 MILLION AND THE GREATER AUSTIN. IT LOOKS, UH, MORE LIKE THIS, BUT OBVIOUSLY WITH A LARGER PIE. OH, MM-HMM . SO THIS IS THE CITY LIMIT, AUSTIN CITY. MM-HMM . OKAY. SO, UM, WE SAW INCREDIBLE GROWTH IN THE BLACK POPULATION IN, UH, OTHER PARTS OF TRAVIS COUNTY IN WILLIAMSON COUNTY AND HAYES COUNTY. WE SAW SIGNIFICANT GROWTH AMONG THE HISPANIC POPULATION IN ALL SURROUNDING COUNTIES. UH, WE SAW GROWTH HERE TOO, RIGHT? BUT, UH, A SHRINKING SHARE, WHEREAS IN OTHER PARTS OF THE METRO AREA, THEY ACTUALLY GREW IN SHARE AS WELL. UM, AND THEN WHEN WE LOOK AT THE CHILD POPULATION, THE HISPANIC CHILD POPULATION ACTUALLY, YOU KNOW, MORE THAN, UH, REALLY DROVE THE GROWTH OF, ESPECIALLY SOME OF THE MORE RURAL, UH, PARTS OF THE METRO AREA. SO CALDWELL COUNTY, BURNETT COUNTY, UH, BASTROP COUNTY, ALL OF THOSE COUNTIES ARE SEEING REALLY SIGNIFICANT GROWTH, ESPECIALLY FROM HISPANIC POPULATION. THANK YOU. UM, BASICALLY WE USE THOSE BECAUSE THEY REALLY CAN THEN HELP US TO COMPARE TO OTHER METRO AREAS THAT WE DON'T PRODUCE INTERNAL PROJECTIONS FOR. AND WHAT WE ARE SEEING IS THAT THE AUSTIN METRO AREA IS PROJECTED TO CONTINUE TO GROW, IN FACT, BY THE TEXAS DEMOGRAPHIC CENTER, IS PROJECTING THAT THE METRO AREA WERE WILL MORE THAN DOUBLE IN SIZE BY 2060 TO A TOTAL OF FOUR 5.2 MILLION, UH, IN THE METRO AREA. IT'LL GROW SO MUCH THAT IT WILL SURPASS THE SAN ANTONIO METRO AREA AND BECOME THE THIRD LARGEST METRO IN, IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. QUESTION FOR YOU, WHAT RATE OF GROWTH ARE THEY ASSUMING IN THIS MODEL? SO THE DIFFERENT RATES OF GROWTH THAT THEY ASSUME LOOK AT MIGRATION RATES, UH, HISTORICAL MIGRATION RATES, REALLY, THAT'S WHERE WE SEE THERE ARE DIFFERENT RATES RELATED TO BIRTHS AND MORTALITY AND MIGRATION. BUT THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE [00:45:01] HERE IS SORT OF THE, THE MIGRATION SCENARIO. AND THIS IS LOOKING AT HISTORICAL MIGRATION RATES BETWEEN 2010 AND 2020. UM, THEY DO HAVE, UH, YOU KNOW, THEY DO HAVE A NEW SET OF, UH, PROJECTIONS THAT THEY'VE, THEY'VE RELEASED, UM, SINCE THESE HA WERE PRODUCED, BUT THEY DON'T HAVE THEM AT THE COUNTY LEVEL YET, WHICH IS NEEDED TO PRODUCE THE METRO AREA ONES. THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE RELEASING THEM SOON NOW, SINCE, I DON'T KNOW, JUNE OR SOMETHING, MAY, UH, BUT WE STILL HAVEN'T HEARD IT. BUT AS SOON AS, AS WE GET THOSE NEW ONES, WE'LL DEFINITELY, UH, BE HAPPY TO SHARE THEM WITH YOU. BUT THAT'S REALLY WHAT THE, THE BIG DIFFERENCE IS THE MIGRATION. AND TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, ONE OF THE BIGGEST CHANGES IN THAT IS ALSO INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION. THE CENSUS BUREAU IS NOW BECOMING BETTER AT MEASURING, UH, ACCURATELY, MORE ACCURATELY THE INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION FLOWS, ESPECIALLY HUMANITARIAN MIGRATION FLOWS. BUT YOU'LL NOTE THAT THE NUMERIC CHANGE THAT WE EXPECT TO SEE IN WILLIAMSON COUNTY IS ACTUALLY HIGHER THAN THE PROJECTED INCREASE THAT WE'RE SHOWING FOR TRAVIS COUNTY HERE. AND THEN LASTLY, YOU KNOW, WE PRODUCE OUR OWN INTERNAL PROJECTIONS FOR THE CITY OF AUSTIN WHEN WE ACCOUNTED FOR THAT UNDER COUNT, UH, FOR THE CITY OF AUSTIN IN 2020. WE'RE STARTING AT A HIGHER BASE OF OVER A MILLION, UH, DURING THAT TIME. BUT WHEN WE, EVEN WITH THAT SORT OF HIGHER BASE, WE'RE STILL TAKING IN, UM, INTO ACCOUNT SOME OF THE MORE RECENT SLOWER GROWTH. AND WE ARE ALSO LOOKING AT PAST, UH, MIGRATION RATES. AND OUR MIGRATION RATES, UH, IN THE 2010S WERE MUCH HIGHER THAN THEY ARE TODAY. LIKE I MENTIONED TO YOU, WE HAD BEEN GROWING AT ABOUT TWO TO 3% EVERY YEAR. WE HAVE GROWN AT THAT RATE THE LAST FIVE YEARS. AND SO WE ARE OFFERING A HALF MIGRATION SCENARIO THAT WE BELIEVE TO BE THE MOST ACCURATE SCENARIO, UH, FOR AUSTIN RIGHT NOW. AND THAT WOULD MEAN THAT OUR CITY OF AUSTIN, JUST THE CITY OF AUSTIN LEGAL, UH, BOUNDARIES WOULD BE 1.3 MILLION BY 2060 WERE WE TO REGAIN OUR MIGRATION LEVELS THAT ARE CLOSER TO OUR HISTORICAL LEVELS. WE COULD SEE, UH, OUR CITY GROWING TO WELL OVER 1.7 MILLION, UH, IN 2060. AND THEN THE LAST THING I'LL SHARE WITH YOU IS A NIFTY TOOL THAT OUR TEAM HAS, UH, PUT TOGETHER. WE BASICALLY TOOK OUR CITY LEVEL PROJECTIONS AND WE PARTNERED WITH 12 DIFFERENT CITY OF AUSTIN DEPARTMENTS THAT HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT UPCOMING DEVELOPMENT, UPCOMING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. AND THEY HELPED US TO DISAGGREGATE THOSE PROJECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY SO THAT WE COULD UNDERSTAND NOT ONLY HOW MUCH WE ANTICIPATE AUSTIN WOULD GROW, BUT WHAT PARTICULAR PARTS OF THE CITY WILL SEE THIS GROWTH. AND WHAT WE'RE SHOWING HERE IS POPULATION DENSITY FOR AUSTIN IN 2060. AND YOU CAN SEE THAT THOSE DARKEST AREAS, OF COURSE, ARE THE DENSEST AREAS, AND THEY FOLLOW THAT I 35 CORRIDOR. BUT ALSO, VERY IMPORTANTLY, THEY FOLLOW, UM, PLANNED INFRASTRUCTURE AND, UH, TRANSIT PLANS THAT WE HAVE. UH, AT THE CITY RIGHT NOW. AND THAT, UH, UH, BAGGAGE SYSTEM WILL BE, UH, ACTUALLY USING A UTILITY CELL, UH, AS PART OF THAT TUNNEL THAT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AS WELL. UM, SO, UH, IT'S A, UH, A VERY COMPLEX SYSTEM, BUT IT'S WHAT THE AIRLINES NEED. AND THIS, UH, MANUFACTURER, UH, WILL BE ABLE TO WORK WITH OUR AIRLINE PARTNERS AND OUR DESIGN PARTNERS TO WHAT TECHNOLOGY DO THEY WANT TO USE, UH, FOR THE BAGGAGE HANDLING.
