UH, THE FIRST ITEM IS, UH, IT'S ON PAGE 12 OF YOUR AGENDA BRIEFING OF SEPTEMBER, 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND ALSO THE 2025 FINANCIAL YEAR PRELIMINARY END RESULTS.

UH, BY MR. RAJE THOMAS, OUR CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER.

I'LL START WITH, UM, THE SEPTEMBER ACTIVITY NUMBERS.

SO SEPTEMBER WAS A PRETTY GOOD MONTH.

UH, IN TERMS OF UNEMPLOYMENTS, OUR UNEMPLOYMENTS INCREASED THREE AND A HALF PERCENT OVER PRIOR YEAR, SO THAT WAS GOOD NEWS.

I MEAN, IT'S, UH, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER, YOU KNOW, FINALLY GETTING INTO BASKET TERRITORY IN TERMS OF GROWTH.

UH, LANDED WEIGHTS CAME IN ALSO 2% HIGHER, AND CARGO TURNAGE WAS ALSO 3% HIGHER THAN THE PRIOR YEAR.

SEPTEMBER.

UH, BUT, UH, BUT LOOKING AT THE FULL YEAR FISCAL YEAR RESULTS FOR, UH, 25 VERSUS 24, YOU'LL SEE THAT THE UNEMPLOYMENTS WERE 2.7% LOWER THAN LAST YEAR.

UM, AND THAT'S ABOUT 300,000 UNEMPLOYMENTS LOWER THAN WHAT WE DID LAST YEAR.

WE DID 11 MILLION LAST YEAR, 10.7, UH, MILLION.

THIS, UH, LANDED WEIGHTS WERE 2.3% LOWER, AND ALSO CARBO TUNNEL WAS ALSO 7% LOWER.

SO I'LL GET INTO THE, UM, THE FINANCIAL NUMBERS, UH, FOR THE FULL YEAR, UM, AND HOW THAT WENT.

SO, UM, WE JUST GO INTO THE SLIDES, , I THINK.

YEAH, LET'S GO TO THE NEXT PAGE.

SO, I MEAN, THESE WERE THE, THE EMPLOYMENT NUMBERS THAT I WENT THROUGH.

SO, ONE THING TO KEEP IN MIND IS WHEN WE BUDGETED FOR FISCAL YEAR 26, WE BUDGETED 11.3 MILLION IN PLACEMENTS, HOPING THAT WE WILL GET TO 11 MILLION THIS YEAR.

SO WE ENDED UP AT 10.7.

SO THAT MEANS THAT IN FISCAL YEAR 26, WE NEED A 6% GROWTH VERSUS THE 3% GROWTH REVENUE WE PROJECTED TO HIT OUR TARGET.

SO JUST KEEP THAT IN MIND.

THAT IS A RISK IN, IN FOR THIS YEAR'S, UM, FINANCIAL.

SO NEXT SLIDE PLEASE.

SO, JUST, THIS IS A SUMMARY OF HOW FISCAL YEAR 25, UH, CAME IN.

OUR OPERATING REVENUES WERE 1.4 BILLION HIGHER THAN WE HAD BUDGETED.

SO 0.4% HIGHER THAN WE BUDGETED.

OUR AIRPORT OPERATING EXPENSES WERE PRETTY MUCH RIGHT OUT, JUST $115,000 FAVORABLE TO WHAT WE BUDGETED A 0.1%.

SO ESSENTIALLY GOING INTO FISCAL KOREA YEAR 26, WE DON'T HAVE A LOT OF EXPENSE RISK.

WE CAME IN OUR TARGET, BUT WE THOUGHT, AND ALSO ON THE REVENUE SIDE, YES, THE UNEMPLOYMENTS WERE DOWN, BUT WHEN WE BUDGETED FOR FISCAL YEAR 26 ON, ESPECIALLY ON THE NON-LINE REVENUES, WE LEFT IT FLAT, UH, JUST KIND OF DE-RISKING WHAT WE THOUGHT, HOW THE ECONOMIC CONDITIONS WERE.

SO I THINK, YOU KNOW, WE'LL

PROBABLY HIT BOTH TARGETS IS WHAT I'M THINKING.

UNLESS THERE'S FURTHER DETERIORATION AND, YOU KNOW, PASSENGER NUMBERS, I THINK WE WILL GET OUR REVENUE HAVE AIRLINE REVENUE YEAR.

SO THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF THAT IS, AS I MENTIONED, IS THE THIRD, UH, BULLET RIGHT THERE, WHICH IS THE UNEMPLOYMENT GROWTH, WHICH IS, IS ARE WE REALLY GONNA GET 6% UNEMPLOYMENT GROWTH NEXT YEAR OR, OR THIS FISCAL YEAR IN 26? NEXT SLIDE PLEASE.

SO THESE ARE THE NUMBERS ON THE, ON THE REVENUE SIDE, AS YOU CAN SEE, VERSUS BUDGET.

WE CAME IN 4.7 MILLION HIGHER ON THE AIRLINE REVENUES, BUT ON THE NON AIRLINE REVENUES, WE WERE ABOUT THREE AND A HALF MILLION SHORT.

AND THIS IS BECAUSE THE UNEMPLOYMENTS WERE ABOUT 3% LESS.

YOU CAN SEE THAT IN OUR PARKING REVENUE BY 2 MILLION OR 1.9 MILLION LOWER THAN WE BUDGETED, OUR PARKING TRANSACTIONS CAME IN ABOUT 3% LOWER THAN THE PRIOR YEAR, WHICH WAS IN LINE WITH WHAT OUR IN EMPLOYMENT WAS, WHICH WAS ALSO 3% LOWER.

UM, ON THE GROUND TRANSPORTATION SIDE, EVEN THOUGH THIS IS LOWER THAN WE BUDGETED YEAR OVER YEAR, ACTUALLY WHAT WE SAW WAS IN RIDE SHARE VOLUMES, IT WAS ACTUALLY UP 7%.

SO UBER AND LYFT, THEIR ACTIVITY ACTUALLY PICKED UP YEAR OVER YEAR.

SO IT WAS UP 7%.

AND ON THE RENTAL CARS, THE REVENUE IS LOWER VERSUS BUDGETED.

BUT WHEN WE LOOK AT YEAR OVER YEAR, THE TRANSACTIONS, WE ARE DOWN ABOUT 0.7%.

UM, BUT THE, THE REVENUE MISS IS REALLY DUE TO THEM LOWERING THEIR RATES.

SO THE AVERAGE RENTAL RATE PER DAY WAS ABOUT THREE TO $4 LOWER THAN THE PRICE.

SO THE REST OF IT, AS YOU CAN SEE, THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE AND RETAIL, WE ARE PRETTY MUCH RIGHT ON TARGET, UH, AS WE HOPED.

AND THEN ADVERTISING REVENUE OUTPERFORMED, UH, THAT HAS DONE WELL WITH THE NEW CONTRACT THAT WE'VE HAD FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS.

AND THE OTHER CONCESSIONS AND REVENUES ALSO CAME IN ABOUT 2% LOWER THAN WHAT WE HAD BUDGETED.

SO OVERALL, AS YOU CAN SEE, THE OPERATING REVENUE IS 1.4 HIGHER THAN WE BUDGETED WITH.

SO THAT'S GOOD NEWS.

UH, THE NEXT SLIDE PLEASE.

THIS IS THE OP THE AIRPORT OPERATING EXPENSES.

AS YOU CAN SEE, YOU KNOW, WE'VE ALREADY OFF ABOUT 150,000, 150,000 FAVORABLE, UM, ON THE CONTRACTUALS WHERE YOU SEE BIG FAVORABLE VARIANCE.

YOU KNOW, THAT WAS ESSENTIALLY, THERE WERE A COUPLE OF THINGS OFFSETTING THINGS GOING ON HERE.

WE HAD SAVINGS INFORMATION SYSTEMS, LEGALITIES AND CONSULTING COSTS, BUT THEY WERE KIND OF OFFSET WITH, YOU KNOW, HIGHER FACILITY SERVICE STAFF AUGMENTATION AND A PD PERSONNEL COSTS OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE COSTS, THAT VERY UNFAVORABLE.

AND THE COMMODITY SIDE, WE WERE OUT FAVORABLE BY ABOUT $675,000.

AND THAT WAS MOSTLY IN MECHANIC SHOPS AND INFORMATION SYSTEM.

SO ALL BUT OVERALL WE CAME IN WITHIN $150,000.

NEXT, NEXT SLIDE.

SO THIS COMPARES THE SUMMARY.

UH, IT SHOWS, UM, OUR FISCAL YEAR 24, UH, AUDITED NUMBERS, UH, VERSUS THE BUDGETED FISCALLY YEAR 25 AND OUR PRELIMINARY FISCAL YEAR 25 NUMBERS.

AS YOU CAN SEE, WE JUST GO TO THE NET INCOME COLUMN VERSUS BUDGET.

WE WERE ABOUT 1.6 MILLION FAVORABLE VERSUS BUDGET ON THE NET INCOME COLUMN.

UH, AND AS I MENTIONED BEFORE, YOU KNOW, WE HAD THAT DEBT SERVICE RESERVE FUND EXCESS THAT WE FLOWED THROUGH.

YOU CAN SEE WE, WE SEPARATED THAT IN THE BOTTOM LINE.

SO THAT IS NINE AND A HALF MILLION DOLLARS.

SO OVERALL WE CAME IN 11 MILLION, 11.2 MILLION HIGHER THAN WE BUDGETED.

MOSTLY BECAUSE OF THAT EXCESS OF THE DEBT SERVICE RESERVE FUND THAT WE, VERSUS THE PRIOR YEAR.

YOU CAN SEE IT'S ABOUT 1.2 MILLION LOWER THAN THE PRIOR YEAR.

AND, AND, AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE NET INCOME LINE, IT IS 10.7 MILLION LOWER.

AND MOST OF THAT UNFAVORABLE IS REALLY DUE TO DEBT SERVICE.

IF YOU LOOK AT DEBT SERVICE, IT'S 17 MILLION HIGHER THAN THE PRIOR YEAR.

SO THE DEBT SERVICE REALLY THE HIGHER DEBT SERVICE YEAR OVER YEAR REALLY AID UP, YOU KNOW, WHAT WE WOULD'VE FLOWED THROUGH FROM NET REVENUES TO THE BOTTOM LINE, BUT OVERALL STILL EVEN, UH, WITH THAT HIGHER NET SERVICE.

AND YOU KNOW, IN ADDING THE, THAT NINE AND A HALF BILLION IN DEBT SERVICE RESERVE PART, WE WERE ONLY ABOUT 1.2 MILLION OFF OF LAST YEAR'S WHAT WE TRANSFERRED TO THE CAPITAL.

SO THAT WAS KIND OF THE SUMMARY ON THE BUDGET.

ANY QUESTIONS OR, OR NOT ON THE BUDGET, BUT ON THE FISCAL 25 BILLION MILLION SOURCE, ANY QUESTIONS START, HAVE, HAVE YOU PROJECTED THE IMPACT OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATION THAT WE'RE IN AND, UH, WHAT IT MIGHT DO TO THE NUMBER OF PASSENGERS? YEAH, OR THE, OR THE, OR THE AIRCRAFT.

MAYBE AIRLINES ARE GONNA START USING

DIFFERENT KIND OF AIRCRAFT TO NOT, WE HAVEN'T LOOKED AT IT IN TERMS OF THE TYPE OF AIRCRAFT, BUT WE DID, UH, I THINK JAMIE HAD SOME NUMBERS THAT SHE MIGHT PRESENT THAT LATER ON.

IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THE GOVERNMENT SHUT DOWN REALLY AFFECTED AUSTIN AS MUCH AS SOME OF THE LARGER HUB AIRPORTS, RIGHT? SO SOME OF THE DAILY FLIGHT DIFFERENCES WERE ONLY ABOUT 5% LOWER.

SO WE WON'T KNOW THE FULL OF IMPACT.

BUT WHAT WE CALCULATED IN TERMS OF LANDING SPACE, LIKE WHEN WE LOOKED AT IT, YOU KNOW, JUST DROPPING IT DOWN BY 10%, WE CALCULATED ABOUT $21,000 A DAY AS THE IMPACT.

SO WE'LL HAVE TO SEE AS THE OCTOBER NUMBERS COME IN, WE'LL KNOW A LITTLE BIT BETTER ON THE PICTURE.

HOW IT EFFECT WAS.

UM, IS THAT, UH, THERE'S ONE MORE THING I WANTED TO ADD, IF THERE'S NO OTHER QUESTIONS REGARDING THE FISCAL YEAR 25 RESULTS, UH, GO AHEAD ON, ON, UH, REMOTELY, ARE THERE ANY, UH, COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS? OKAY.

UM, I HAD MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY WE WERE GOING TO REFUND THE 2014 BONDS.

SO WE FINALLY COMPLETED THAT ON NOVEMBER 6TH, UH, WHICH WAS LAST WEEK, LAST THURSDAY.

UH, WE, YOU KNOW, BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF PFM, WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GO THIS WEEK, BUT WE WERE LOOKING AT SOME NUMBERS, UH, SOME ECONOMIC NUMBERS THAT MIGHT COME OUT THAT MIGHT BE UNFAVORABLE.

SO WE WENT THE WEEK PREVIOUS, WHICH WAS ACTUALLY A GOOD DAY ON THURSDAY, WHICH WAS WHEN THE CHALLENGER LAYOFF NUMBERS CAME IN.

SO THE TREASURIES ACTUALLY WAS FAVORABLE THAT DAY.

SO WE, WE WERE ABLE TO CONCLUDE THE PRICING.

UH, WE COMPLETED IT, WE GOT 17 AND A HALF MILLION DOLLARS IN NET PERCENT VALUE SAVINGS, WHICH EQUATES TO ABOUT 1.25 MILLION ANNUALLY IN DEBT SERVICE SAVINGS.

SO WE JUST COMPLETED, COMPLETED THAT.

YESTERDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH, A HALF OF A PERCENT ON NOVEMBER 10TH, 4.5% OF OUR FLIGHTS WERE CANCELED.

AND ON NOVEMBER 9TH, 5.5% OF OUR FLIGHTS WERE CANCELED.

SO WE STILL HAVE BEEN AFFECTED, BUT NOT AS MUCH AS OTHER AIRPORTS.

UH, DFW, FOR EXAMPLE, 5.6 TO 8.2% CANCELLATIONS, LAGUARDIA 20 TO 31% CANCELLATIONS, CHICAGO, 26 TO 19%.

WE IN AUSTIN ARE STILL AFFECTED, BUT NOT AS BADLY.

UM, OF COURSE WE CONNECT TO THESE AIRPORTS THAT ARE AFFECTED IN A BIGGER WAY.

SPECIFICALLY, IF YOU LOOK AT THE US AVERAGE DURING THIS TIME PERIOD, THE GROWTH WAS ONLY 5%.

SO IT'S BEEN SORT OF REMARKABLE HOW, HOW MUCH AUSTIN HAS GROWN DURING THIS PERIOD.

GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE, AND THEN THIS BREAKS IT DOWN BY SPECIFIC AIRLINE.

AS YOU CAN NOTE, UM, A LOT OF THOSE ARE AIRLINES THAT HAVE HAD TO RESTRUCTURE THEIR OVERALL BUSINESS MODEL, THOUGH DURING THIS TIME, IF YOU LOOK AT THE CHART ON THE RIGHT, THIS IS YEAR OVER YEAR.

SO IF YOU'RE CURIOUS, YOU KNOW, QUARTER 4, 20 25 VERSUS QUARTER 4, 20 24, HOW WE'RE UP.

UM, SIMILAR STORY.

A LOT OF CARRIERS ARE UP, SOME ARE DIFFERENT, YOU KNOW, LIKE FRONTIERS GROWING AGAIN, UH, FOR EXAMPLE YOU CAN SEE THERE.

BUT OVERALL, UM, WE'RE UP 9% DURING THIS TIME PERIOD.

AUSTIN HAS SERVICE TO A HUNDRED DESTINATIONS FROM 19 CARRIERS.

SO YOU CAN KIND OF SEE THE VARIETY OF DESTINATIONS HERE.

AND AGAIN, LOOKING AT THE TABLE WITH THE STATISTICS, YOU CAN SEE DESTINATIONS ARE UP 5%.

NON-STOP DEPARTURES ARE UP 8% AND SEATS ARE UP 9%, LIKE WE DISCUSSED.

SO A LOT OF GROWTH GOING ON.

HERE WE GO TO THE NEXT ONE.

AND THIS SHOWS YOU AND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025, WHAT THE NEW DOMESTIC ROOTS WERE.

SO OVERALL, THERE WERE 18 NEW ROUTES DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, AND IT INCLUDED SIX FOR DELTA, FOUR FOR SOUTHWEST, AND EIGHT FOR FRONTIER.

SO IF WE GO TO THE NEXT ONE, AND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026, SO FAR, WE ALREADY HAVE 13 NEW ROUTES THAT ARE INCLUDED HERE.

THIS INCLUDES FIVE FOR SOUTHWEST, SEVEN FOR DELTA, AND ONE FOR JET.

SO NOW JUST STOP HERE.

LET ME STOP HERE REAL QUICK BECAUSE THESE ARE THE, THE THREE NEW DELTA ROUTES THAT I DIDN'T HAVE IN FRONT OF ME.

ONE IS THE GLACIER NATIONAL PARK, FCA, THE OTHER IS BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AND THE OTHER IS, UH, FORT WALTON DESTIN.

SO THOSE WERE JUST ANNOUNCED, UM, A FEW, FEW DAYS AGO.

ALL RIGHT, NOW IF WE GO TO THE NEXT ONE, UM, THIS KIND OF, THE OVERALL IS A SUMMARY OF AMERICAN AIRLINES AND SORT OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED SOURCE SINCE THE PANDEMIC.

AND AS, AS I, I'M SURE YOU ALL ARE AWARE, AMERICAN GREW VERY SIGNIFICANTLY DURING THE PANDEMIC BECAUSE AUSTIN WAS ONE OF THE STRONGEST PARTS IN TERMS OF DEMAND AND RECOVERY DURING THE PANDEMIC.

WHILE ITS OTHER HUBS WERE NOT DOING VERY WELL.

SO AMERICAN ADDED A LOT OF CAPACITY, A LOT OF DESTINATIONS TO AUSTIN.

UM, SINCE THEN, AS, AS DEMAND PICKED UP TO ITS TRADITIONAL HUBS, IT TOOK THOSE AIRCRAFT AWAY AND STARTED FOCUSING BACK ON THOSE TRADITIONAL HUBS.

UM, SO ULTIMATELY AMERICAN IS ABOUT 25% OF WHERE IT WAS AT ITS PEAK IN 2023.

HOWEVER, ITS OVERALL SEATS IN AUSTIN ARE UP 18% SINCE 2019.

SO IT'S, IT'S GROWN QUITE A BIT, UH, QUITE A BIT.

BUT, UM, YOU KNOW, IT WASN'T WHERE IT WAS AT THE PEAK.

WE GO TO THE NEXT ONE.

SOUTHWEST IS A DIFFERENT STORY.

SOUTHWEST HAS REALLY BEEN ACTIVELY GROWING THE AUSTIN MARKET, AND THEY CONTINUE TO GROW, UH, VERY BULLISH ON THE MARKET IN GENERAL.

UH, THEY SERVE 21 MORE DESTINATIONS NOW THAN THEY DID IN 2019, WHICH IS PHENOMENAL GROWTH, ESPECIALLY GIVEN THAT THEY WERE LARGE TO START OUT WITH.

UM, THEY ALSO HAVE A 67% SEED INCREASE SINCE 2019.

AND DELTA'S ALSO BEEN GROWING VERY RAPIDLY.

UH, AS JAMIE WAS NOTING BEFORE, UH, YOU SEE THAT IT NOW SERVES 18 MORE DESTINATIONS THAN IT DID IN 2019, AND ITS SEATS ARE 81% UP.

SO THOSE REALLY HAVE BEEN THE STRONG, VERY STRONG GROWTH.

SIGNIFICANT GROWTH AIRLINES, UH, HAVE BEEN DELTA AND SOUTHWEST.

ANOTHER THING THAT WE'RE CONSTANTLY LOOKING AT FROM THE DOMESTIC SIDE IS WHAT ARE OUR TOP MARKETS WITHOUT NONSTOP SERVICE? SO THIS SHOWS YOU WHAT THEY ARE RIGHT NOW, AND, AND BECAUSE WE'VE

UM, ESSENTIALLY ALASKA'S TAKING THAT AIRCRAFT AND INVESTING IN OTHER PLACES DUE TO ITS BUSINESS MODEL.

SO, STILL WANT TO TALK ABOUT HONOLULU, BUT THE, IT, IT IS GONNA BE A LITTLE LONGER TIME PERIOD THERE.

AND, AND WE STRATEGICALLY, UH, BRING THAT UP AS WE GO.

'CAUSE IT'S REALLY IMPORTANT TO, UH, SET THAT PRECEDENT THAT IF YOU START A ROUTE AT AUSTIN, IT DOES GREAT FROM THE START.

UM, WE WORK WITH CARRIERS TO ADD DAYS A WEEK AND ALSO LINK IN THE SEASONS IF THEY'RE, YOU KNOW, DOING SEASONAL SERVICE.
