ONE, A COCKTAIL LOUNGE USE IS PERMITTED ON PARCEL RA EIGHT WITHIN, WITHIN A MAXIMUM SIX 62,000 SQUARE FOOT AREA.

ONLY IF IT IS USED IN CONNECTION WITH AN OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT USE.

AND TWO, A COCKTAIL LOUNGE USE IS PERMITTED ON PARCEL RA FOUR WITHIN A MAXIMUM 50,000 SQUARE FOOT AREA.

ONLY IF IT IS USED IN CONNECTION WITH AN INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT, INDOOR SUPPORTS AND RECREATION OR PERFORMANCE VENUE USE.

AND THOSE ARE THE ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FROM THE STAFF'S RECOMMENDATION.
