UH, THERE'S SEVERAL CONDITIONAL OVERLAYS THAT ARE RECOMMENDED BY STAFF.
UM, THIS IS RECOMMENDED BY STAFF.
AND ON THE CONSENT AGENDA, IF WE CAN GET ONE QUESTION ANSWERED, UH, NEED TO TALK TO COMMISSIONER STERN.
AND A ITEM THREE IS A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
THE LEARNING CENTER AT PALMER 12 7 0 5 CENTER LANE DRIVE.
UM, THE, AND IT IS A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
UM, IT IS, APPLICANT IS REQUESTING CONDITIONAL USE TO ALLOW A DAYCARE GENERAL ON THE PROPERTY, AND IT IS ALSO RECOMMENDED BY STAFF.
THERE WERE SEVERAL RECOM EMAILS THAT WENT BACK AND FORTH.
COMMISSIONER STERN, YOU HAD HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT, UM, SOME WANTING TO ADD A BUNCH OF ADDITIONAL, UH, RESTRICT RESTRICTIVE RESTRICTIONS.
UM, STAFF HAD GOTTEN BACK AND MOST OF THOSE ARE ALREADY ON THERE.
WAS THERE OTHERS THAT YOU WANTED TO INCLUDE? YES, UM, THERE ARE.
AND, UM, I, I, I WANNA SAY THANK YOU TO STAFF FIRST FOR, UM, HELPING WITH THIS JUST BECAUSE, UM, AS YOU KNOW, WE'VE BEEN TRYING TO TARGET, UM, AUTOCENTRIC USES, UH, ON CORRIDORS AROUND THE CITY.
AND THIS PARTICULAR PROPERTY IS RIGHT THERE ON MCNEIL.
AND FOR THOSE WHO WERE HERE A, UM, A FEW MEETINGS AGO, WE APPROVED A, A MULTIFAMILY PROJECT BASED ON THE WALKABILITY THAT WAS POSSIBLE IN THIS AREA.

YEAH, I THINK THE NEXT ONE'S LIKE, I WAS GONNA SAY NOT TILL FEBRUARY, BUT HEY, IT'S FEBRUARY AT A

THE LAND USE COMMISSION ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY WORKING GROUP? UM, I DON'T THINK HE IS PRESENT, UH, BUT, UH, COMMISSIONER, UM, TAYLOR MAJOR YEAH.HAD, UH, AND THE, THE BEST OF THE COMMITTEE WORKED ON, UM, THE BASICALLY FINALIZED WHAT THE RECOMMENDATIONS GOING TO BE AND ARE WORKING ON THE KIND OF, UH, OKAY.
UM, I THINK, UH, GENERALLY SPEAKING, THESE UH, DOCUMENTS COME AT SPECIFIC FORMAT, KIND OF THE FORMAL RECOMMENDATION.
SO I THINK, UH, COMMISSIONER MAJOR WAS FOCUSING ON FINISHING THAT UP AND HOPEFULLY WE'LL HAVE THE RECOMMENDATION SUBMITTED, UM, TO, FOR THIS LARGER COMMISSION TO REVIEW NEXT MEETING.

ITEMS? ANYBODY HAVE ANYTHING FOR THE FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS? UH, WELL, I I JUST WANTED TO SAY, UH, I WANTED TO ASK IF, UH, COMMISSIONER, UH, OLUGO WAS COMFORTABLE SHARING BEFORE, UH, NEXT MEETING SO WE COULD HAVE TIME TO LOOK AT IT.OH, THAT, THAT IS THE PLAN? YES.
UH, I BELIEVE THAT'S THE STANDARD FOR, UM, SHARING DOCUMENTS, UM, IN ORDER TO RIGHT.
SORT OF FOLLOW THE, THE RULES OF UH, UM, I THINK I FORGET, I DUNNO IF IT'S TAX OPENS MEETING ACT, I BELIEVE.
DON'T SEND THEM TO THE WHOLE GROUP.
PART OF THE REASON I'M NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT WHAT'S IN THE DOCUMENT RIGHT NOW IS I WANNA MAKE SURE WE'RE DOING EVERYTHING BY THE BOOK.
