I'M THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER FOR AUSTIN HOUSING, AND I'M HERE THIS AFTERNOON TO PRESENT THE AGENDA FOR THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATIONS BOARD MEETING. WE HAVE ONE ITEM ON THIS AGENDA TODAY, AND IT'S OFFERED ON CONSENT. THE ITEM IS TO AUTHORIZE A LOAN FOR, TO THE NATIONAL CHURCH RESIDENCES IN THE AMOUNT OF $3.5 MILLION FOR SUNDAY VILLAGE, WHICH IS FORMERLY KNOWN AS ARBOR'S AT CREEKSIDE. THIS PROJECT IS ALSO A PUBLIC PARTNERSHIP WITH AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION. IT'S A SENIOR PROPERTY WITH 176 UNITS. IT HAS 35 40% MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME UNITS AND 88 50% MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME UNITS, AND IT'S IN DISTRICT FOUR. AND WE HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE FROM NCR HERE TODAY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THANK YOU MEMBERS.
