UM, ALSO THERE WAS A LOT OF CONFUSION AROUND THE UP TO STRUCTURE. SO WE HAD AWARDS THAT WERE $15,693, AND THEN WE HAD AN AWARD THAT WAS $7,612. UM, SO BEING ABLE TO HAVE SET, UM, AWARD AMOUNTS IS REALLY HELPFUL FOR TRANSPARENCY, PREDICTABILITY, THINGS LIKE THAT. SO WE HAVE BEEN SINCE APRIL OF 2025, COLLECTING FEEDBACK FROM OUR COMMUNITY AS IT RELATES TO OUR STRATEGIC PLAN. THE ACME STRATEGIC PLAN IS ACTUALLY ONE OF THE CITY MANAGERS TOP 20 PRIORITIES, [01:00:01] AND IT WILL BE CONCLUDED BY SEPTEMBER 30TH, MEANING IT WILL BE LAUNCHED FOR THE PUBLIC. AND SO THIS EVENING, UM, AS I MENTIONED, THE CREATIVE RESET, WHICH HAS BEEN, UM, LAUNCHED SINCE APRIL, 2025, IS WHAT INFORMED A LOT OF WHAT YOU'LL SEE THIS EVENING. BUT IN ADDITION TO THAT, IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS OR SO, WE'VE BEEN VERY INTENTIONAL ABOUT HAVING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL WORKING GROUPS, FOCUS GROUPS.
