THE OTHER 36 WERE FURTHER THAN 500FT FROM THE RECLAIMED WATER SYSTEM, WHICH IS OUR MANDATORY CONNECTION DISTANCE. BUT OF THOSE 36, SEVEN MET THE CODE REQUIREMENT FOR HAVING 50% ON SITE, DEEPLY AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS. SO THEY ARE EXEMPT FROM DOING ANY REUSE FOR THE PROJECTS. HAD VESTED RIGHTS APPLICATIONS APPROVED SAYING THAT THEIR DEVELOPMENT STARTED BEFORE THE CODE WENT INTO EFFECT. AND THEN FIVE OF THEM OPTED TO PAY A FEE IN LIEU OF INSTALLING AN ON SITE WATER REUSE SYSTEM. AND THEY CAN DO THAT PER CODE AS LONG AS THEY DUAL PLUMB AND MAKE THEIR PROJECTS RECLAIMED. READY FOR WHEN WE DO EXTEND RECLAIMED WATER TO THEIR SITES. SO LOOKING AT THAT DATA, ON AVERAGE, 20, THAT'S 20 PROJECTS PER YEAR. AND IT JUST HAPPENED TO BE RIGHT HALF AND HALF. IF YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY INSTALLING AN ON SITE WATER REUSE SYSTEM, WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY TAKERS ON THOSE IN THE LAST TWO YEARS. BUT WE HAVE HAD TWO APPLICATIONS APPLY FOR THE EXPEDITED BUILDING PERMIT REVIEW REBATE WILL REFUND UP TO $36,000 PER PROJECT FOR THE COST OF GOING THROUGH THE EXPEDITED BUILDING PLAN REVIEW PROCESS. ALL PROJECTS QUALIFY FOR REDUCED IMPACT FEES BECAUSE THEY HAVE NON-POTABLE METERS, RECLAIMED METERS, OR NON-POTABLE BACKUP METERS THAT'S EMBEDDED IN THE REVIEW PROCESS ALREADY. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO APPLY FOR IT. IT JUST IS GOES WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. SO PEOPLE, WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO FILL OUT A FORM, IT SEEMS LIKE THAT IS YOU'RE ABLE TO GET THAT, THAT INCENTIVE. AND THEN THE LAST ONE IS THE PROPERTY ASSESSED CLEAN ENERGY PROGRAM, WHICH ISN'T ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY. IT'S A, IT'S A TRAVIS COUNTY PACE AUTHORITY, AND IT'S A FINANCING MECHANISM TO INCORPORATE WATER EFFICIENCY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN YOUR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. AND WE PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH FILLING OUT THOSE APPLICATIONS, BUT HAVEN'T HAD ANY TAKERS ON THAT ONE EITHER. NEXT SLIDE. HERE WE'RE DIGGING INTO THE ON SITE WATER REUSE SYSTEM PERMITTING ACTIVITY SPECIFICALLY. AND SO WE'RE SHOWING THE NUMBER OF PROJECTS THAT WE'RE PERMITTED TO CONSTRUCT ON SITE WATER REUSE THAT WE'VE HAD 14 OF THOSE TOTAL. SO IF YOU THINK BACK, WE HAD 20 PROJECTS APPROVED FOR SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMITS. THE NEXT STAGE IN THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS IS TO APPLY FOR YOUR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PERMITS. AND SO THERE'S A LITTLE BIT OF A LAG IN, IN IN KIND OF THAT, THAT PROCESS. SO OF THE 2014 HAVE ADVANCED TO, TO MOVING INTO CONSTRUCTION. THE FIRST YEAR WE HAD FIVE PERMITS ISSUED. THE SECOND YEAR THERE WERE NINE. THE ESTIMATED POTABLE WATER SAVINGS WAS ACTUALLY MORE THE FIRST YEAR FOR FEWER SYSTEMS, BUT THAT'S JUST BECAUSE WE HAD ONE REALLY LARGE SYSTEM COME IN AND GET APPROVED. IT WAS MORE OF A CAMPUS WIDE, PROJECT VERSUS JUST A SINGLE LOT BEING REDEVELOPED. THE NUMBER OF PROJECTS OPTING TO DUAL PLUM AND PAY FEE IN LIEU. WE HAD FIVE NONE IN THE FIRST YEAR, FIVE IN THE SECOND YEAR, AND WE COLLECTED $682,720 IN FEES. THAT IS BEING DIVERTED TO EXPAND OUR PURPLE PIPE NETWORK. NEXT SLIDE. YEAH. SO OF THOSE OF THOSE 14 PROJECTS, ONE HAS ACTUALLY MADE IT INTO FINAL OPERATION IS ACTUALLY OPERATIONAL TODAY AND IS READY TO START SAVING WATER. THE WAY THAT OUR PERMITTING PROCESS WORKS IS ONCE YOU CONSTRUCT AN ON SITE WATER REUSE SYSTEM, YOU GET LIKE A YEAR TO TROUBLESHOOT AND MAKE SURE IT'S WORKING AS DESIGNED. AND SO IN JUNE, THIS, THIS SYSTEM JUST STARTED DOING THAT. AND SO THEY'RE STILL WORKING THROUGH SOME OF THE KINKS OF, OF THEIR NEW SYSTEM. BUT ALSO WITH ALL OF THESE SYSTEMS, THEY'RE GOING TO REQUIRE TRAINED CERTIFIED OPERATORS. AND SO WE HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS PROGRAM, A TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM WITH SOME OTHER UTILITIES AND AGENCIES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY, AS WELL AS THE WATER REUSE ASSOCIATION. SO WITH THEM, WE PUBLISHED A TRAINING MANUAL FOR THESE OPERATORS THAT WAS PUBLISHED AND AVAILABLE ON OUR WEB PAGE DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR. WE'RE CURRENTLY DEVELOPING A CERTIFICATE EXAM THAT WAS GOING TO BE COMPLETED THIS SUMMER, BUT IT'S LOOKING LIKE CLOSER TO JANUARY OF 2027. SO YOU TAKE THE YOU STUDY THE MANUAL AND TAKE THE EXAM, AND THEN YOU GET A CERTIFICATE SAYING THAT YOU CAN OPERATE ONE OF THESE SYSTEMS. BUT IN ADDITION TO THAT, WE WANTED A LOCAL TRAINING COURSE TO BE DEVELOPED TO HELP PEOPLE WHO AREN'T MAYBE SELF-LEARNERS. AND SO WE HELD A WORKSHOP IN JUNE WITH SOME EXISTING TRADES LIKE SEPTIC SYSTEM MAINTENANCE PEOPLE THE PLUMBING TRADE PEOPLE, BUILDING FACILITY MANAGEMENT GROUPS TO GET FEEDBACK ON WHAT A TRAINING COURSE SHOULD LOOK LIKE, SCHEDULE LENGTH. AND SO THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL. THERE WAS A LOT OF INTEREST IN IT. AND WE'RE PARTNERING WITH CAPITAL AREA WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A FUNDING PROGRAM FOR UPSKILLING EXISTING TRADES TO GET NEW TYPES OF CERTIFICATIONS SO THEY CAN HELP FUND SOME OF THE COURSEWORK FOR THESE BUSINESSES THAT ELECT TO ENROLL IN THAT PROGRAM. AND THEN WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH AUSTIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE ON A CURRICULUM AND A COURSE TO BE READY FOR AT SOME POINT IN FALL 2026, WHEN PROBABLY THE LATER PART OF THE SEMESTER, THEY, THEY DON'T ALWAYS START DURING, [00:25:05] YOU KNOW, WHEN WE'RE STARTING SCHOOL HERE, BUT SO THEY HOPEFULLY WE'LL HAVE SOMETHING AVAILABLE SOON TO START TRAINING OPERATORS. NEXT SLIDE. I THINK IT'S MY LAST SLIDE. YEAH. AND ONE OTHER PROJECTS THAT'S IN THE WORKS IS A REALLY I MENTIONED SOME OF THESE PROJECTS CAN BE LARGER THAN OTHERS. THIS IS A WASTEWATER MINING PROJECT, WHICH IS A REALLY APPROPRIATE FOR CAMPUS WIDE, ESPECIALLY CAMPUS UNIVERSITIES AND CAMPUS CAMPUSES THAT HAVE HIGH COOLING DEMANDS. YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A HIGHER DEMAND FOR RECLAIMED WATER THAN YOU CAN ACTUALLY PROVIDE, YOU KNOW, MEET WITH YOUR ON SITE SOURCES. SO THESE PROJECTS ARE MINING WASTEWATER FROM THE CITY'S COLLECTION SYSTEM, TREATING IT THROUGH A WATER RECLAMATION PLANT, AND THEN THAT THEY OWN AND OPERATE AND THEN OFFSETTING POTABLE WATER DEMANDS WITHIN THEIR PROJECT. AND THIS ONE IS ESTIMATED TO SAVE 280 MILLION GALLONS PER YEAR ONCE OPERATIONAL. AND THAT WILL BE DISPLACING POTABLE WATER USE WITHIN THEIR SYSTEMS, NOT RECLAIMED WATER USE BECAUSE THEY ALSO USE OUR CITY'S RECLAIMED WATER. THAT IS MY LAST SLIDE. THANKS, KATHERINE. SO JUST FOR A LITTLE BIT OF BACKGROUND AND EXPLANATION OF WHAT IT IS, DECENTRALIZED RECLAIMED WATER IS REUSE OF WASTEWATER TREATED AT A NEIGHBORHOOD SCALE. SO YOU'RE PROBABLY FAMILIAR WITH OUR TWO LARGEST WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS, WALNUT AND SA. WE ALSO HAVE SEVERAL SATELLITE FACILITIES. AND SO THE IDEA IS THAT WE WOULD BE TREATING AND REUSING WASTEWATER IN THOSE KINDS OF NEIGHBORHOODS. AND THIS RECLAIM SYSTEM IS SEPARATE FROM OUR CENTRALIZED WASTEWATER PURPLE PIPE SYSTEM THAT KANE AND MARGARET WILL BE TALKING ABOUT. BUT IT WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THROUGH A PURPLE PIPE SYSTEM. BUT AGAIN, AT THE NEIGHBORHOOD SCALE, LIKELY USED FOR IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPING, TOILET FLUSHING, COOLING DEMANDS AT IN THE NEIGHBORS NEIGHBORHOODS AROUND THESE SMALLER WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS. NEXT SLIDE. IT IS TIED TO OUR WATER FORWARD PLAN. AND IT'S ONE OF THE KEY STRATEGIES THAT WE'RE LOOKING AT THERE. IT'S ONE OF THE SMALLER IN TERMS OF THE YIELD. SO YOU'VE GOT KIND OF A TABLE OFF ON THE RIGHT THAT GIVES YOU A SENSE OF SCALE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WATER THAT WE'RE LOOKING TO SAVE THROUGH THIS STRATEGY. IT'S RELATIVELY SMALL COMPARED TO SOME OF THE OTHER STRATEGIES IN THE WATER FORWARD PROGRAM. BUT WE ARE LOOKING TO GET THAT GOING IN THE NEXT TEN YEARS OR SO. IT'LL BE DONE A LOT IN COLLABORATION WITH DEVELOPMENTS THROUGH OUR SERVICE EXTENSION REQUEST PROCESS. WE'VE HAD SEVERAL SCARS IN AREAS WHERE A SMALLER WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT MIGHT BE APPROPRIATE AND OR THEY MAY HAVE RECLAIMED NEEDS. SO THAT'S PROBABLY HOW SOME OF THIS IS GOING TO GET STARTED. THAT WAS ONE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION ACTIONS FROM WATER FORWARD IS JUST TO KEEP DOING THAT. AND WE'VE HAD SEVERAL SEIZURES IN THAT CATEGORY. ANOTHER PART OF OUR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN WAS TO UPDATE OUR WASTEWATER SYSTEM LONG RANGE PLAN. WE COMPLETED THAT IN 2025. AND THAT PROVIDES A LOT OF THE FRAMEWORK FOR WHERE OUR WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE IS GOING TO BE. AND THEN THE LAST ONE IS TO DEVELOP INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING AND DESIGN GUIDANCE. IN MY LAST SLIDE WE'LL TALK ABOUT THAT A LITTLE BIT MORE. WE'RE GETTING STARTED WITH THAT PROJECT. NEXT SLIDE. THIS IS A MAP TO JUST KIND OF HELP ORIENT YOU TO WHERE THESE PLANTS ARE AND WILL BE. WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS ARE CURRENTLY PROVIDING RECLAIMED WATER FOR OUR 2020 OR 2040 YIELD GOALS. THOSE YIELDS WILL LIKELY COME FROM EXISTING WASTEWATER PLANTS ON THE EAST SIDE. KIND OF IN THAT ORANGE AREA. THAT'S OUR WILD HORSE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT SERVICE AREA. JUST SOUTH OF THAT IN THE YELLOW IS THE TAYLOR LANE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT. AND SOUTH OF THE RIVER IS THE PIERCE LANE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT. IT'S LIKELY THAT SOME OR ALL OF THOSE WILL BE PART OF OUR 2040 YIELD GOALS. [00:30:05] AND THEN IN THE LONGER TERM PLANNING, WE HAVE SOME CONCEPTUAL PLANS, MAYBE IN THE AREAS THAT ARE SHADED, LIKE FOR THE NORTH AND SOUTH FORK, THAT BLUE AREA OR THE LIGHT PURPLE AREA. ALSO WANTED TO POINT OUT ON THIS MAP THAT WE ARE SHOWING THE CENTRALIZED RECLAIM SYSTEM WITH THE PURPLE HATCHED AND THE PURPLE PIPE. SO THAT'S INTENDED TO CONTINUE TO BE A MAIN FOCUS OF THE RECLAIM PLANNING HERE. AND THESE FACILITIES WILL BE OUT ON, ON THE FRINGE OF OUR SYSTEM OR ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF OUR SYSTEM. AND WE'VE ALSO SHOWN THE THE BLUE HATCHED AREA THAT IS THE EDWARDS AQUIFER RECHARGE ZONE. SO THAT'S A PLACE WHERE WE PROBABLY WILL NOT BE DOING RECLAIMED WATER FOR, FOR OUTDOOR USES. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. I WANTED TO JUST POINT OUT THIS WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT, PIERCE LANE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT. IT'S IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF THE SYSTEM. IT'S PART OF THE SOUTHEAST TRAVIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT, AND THE PLANT EXISTS NOW. AND WE'RE CURRENTLY TREATING A SMALL AMOUNT OF WASTEWATER THERE. I'VE GOT ON THE MAP THERE. YOU CAN KIND OF ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE MAP, THERE'S A BLACK OUTLINE OF THE MUD SERVICE AREA. AND WE CAN, YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE MUD THAT ARE BEING DEVELOPED OR ARE ALREADY DEVELOPED. THE YELLOW DOTS ON THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE SYSTEM ARE WHERE WE HAVE EXISTING WATER AND WASTEWATER CUSTOMERS. AND THEN THOSE GREEN HATCHED AREAS ARE WHERE DEVELOPMENT IS GOING TO BE HAPPENING. SO WE'RE WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE DEVELOPERS OF THAT MUD. AND WE'RE PLANNING THERE. WE HAVE A REQUIREMENT IN THE MUD AGREEMENT THAT THEY WOULD USE RECLAIMED WATER TO IRRIGATE THEIR PUBLIC SPACES. SO WE'RE TRYING TO WORK WITH THEM TO GET THAT FIGURED OUT AS THIS MUD DEVELOPS. WE WERE PLANNING TO HAVE PURPLE PIPE GO TO THEIR PUBLIC SPACES, AND THAT'S BEEN AN ONGOING CONVERSATION THAT WE CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THEM ON. AND THE LAST BULLET IS THAT I'M ANTICIPATING THAT WE MAY BE ABLE TO REUSE WATER KIND OF OUTSIDE OF THE MUD, BUT IN THIS GENERAL AREA, BECAUSE WE WE'RE NOT CONFINED TO THE MUD BOUNDARY FOR THE USE OF THE RECLAIMED WATER. SO THIS IS PROBABLY ONE THAT WILL BE HAPPENING FIRST BECAUSE IT'S IN THE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH, WITH THE MUD. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. THERE'S CURRENTLY AROUND 70 MILES OF PIPELINES THAT CONTINUES TO GROW EACH YEAR AS WE CONTINUE TO BUILD OUT OUR PIPELINE INFRASTRUCTURE. WE CHARGE $3.35 FOR EVERY THOUSAND GALLONS. THAT'S JUST SORT OF THE NORMAL RATE FOR MOST OF OUR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS. AND THEN IN 2025, WE THE SYSTEM SENT ABOUT 1.8 BILLION GALLONS FOR, FOR USE THROUGHOUT THE SYSTEM. SO IT'S QUITE A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT. AND THAT NUMBER CONTINUES TO GROW EACH YEAR. AND I DO WANT TO POINT OUT THIS MAP IS AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE ON AUSTIN WATER WEBSITES. THEY ALREADY HAVE A COUPLE THAT ARE ON RECLAIMED WATER. THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS, AS KATHRYN MENTIONED, AND WE ALSO PARTNER CLOSELY WITH OUR CITY DEPARTMENTS. AND SO DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND AUSTIN ENERGY, AS THEY HAVE RECENTLY HAD NEW BUILDINGS, THEY ALSO UTILIZE RECLAIMED WATER. A LOT OF THE TIMES WE GET QUESTIONS ON WHERE IS THE RECLAIM SYSTEM GOING? AND WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET A PIPE IN FRONT OF OUR STREET KIND OF THING. AND SO WE WANTED TO BREAK THIS DOWN AND SHARE A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT WAYS THAT WE CAN INSTALL INFRASTRUCTURE. SO THE FIRST IS OUR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS LIKE OUR CIP PROJECTS. THESE ARE IDENTIFIED FROM OUR LONG RANGE PLANNING. AND THESE ARE PIPELINES TYPICALLY THAT ARE INSTALLED IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY OR WITHIN EASEMENTS. SO WE DO HAVE TO COMPETE WITH OTHER, YOU KNOW, UTILITIES IN THE RIGHT OF WAY. AND THEN THE PRIMARY DRIVER TO GET THESE PROJECTS EXECUTED IS WITHIN AUSTIN WON THE PROJECT DELIVERY TEAM. SO WE'RE ABLE TO KIND OF SORT OF CONTROL THE SCHEDULE AND THE COSTS AND THE DELIVERY OF THESE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. ON AVERAGE, THEY TAKE AROUND 4 TO 7 YEARS FROM PROJECT CONCEPTION TO COMPLETION, BUT THAT'S AFTER IT'S IDENTIFIED IN THE LONG RANGE PLAN. SO FIRST, THE PROJECTS SHOULD BE IDENTIFIED IN THAT LONG RANGE PLAN, WHICH TAKES A LITTLE BIT OF TIME. AND THEN ONCE THOSE ARE IDENTIFIED, WE ALSO LOOK AT TIMING AND FUNDING TO BE ABLE TO START EXECUTING THIS PROJECT AND THAT 4 TO 7 YEAR TIME FRAME. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. WE WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT WE HAVE A NUMBER OF PROJECTS CURRENTLY IN CONSTRUCTION. WE HAVE THOSE COMPLETE THE CORE PROJECTS THAT ARE A SERIES OF FIVE PROJECTS THAT I MENTIONED EARLIER. WE HAVE ANOTHER THREE PROJECTS CURRENTLY IN CONSTRUCTION AND THEN IN DESIGN OR IN PLANNING. WE HAVE UPWARDS OF 10 TO 15 OTHER PROJECTS. SO WE DO HAVE QUITE A NUMBER OF LONG RANGE AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS TO HELP BUILD BOTH MORE PIPELINES, BUT ALSO A PUMP STATIONS AND RESERVOIRS TO HELP SUPPORT THE SYSTEM AND THE GROWTH THAT WE'RE SEEING. SO BEYOND THE CITY OF AUSTIN AND AUSTIN WATER CIP PROJECTS, THERE WAS ALSO AN AVENUE TO IMPLEMENT RECLAIMED WATER INFRASTRUCTURE THROUGH TRANSPORTATION COORDINATION, OR WHAT WE CALL INTERNALLY, MOBILITY PROJECTS. AND THE PRIMARY DRIVER IS SORT OF OTHER ENTITIES OR OTHER DEPARTMENTS THAT HAVE PROJECTS WHERE WE CAN COME ALONG AND PARTNER WITH THEM TO HELP IMPLEMENT [00:40:04] RECLAIMED WATER INFRASTRUCTURE WITH THEIR WITH THEIR PROJECTS. SO SOME EXAMPLES ARE, YOU KNOW, TXDOT WITH OUR I-35 CAPEX PROGRAM OR WITH NOT OURS, BUT TXDOT CAPEX PROJECT. YOU KNOW, WE CAN PUT IN SOME RECLAIMED INFRASTRUCTURE WITH SOME OF THOSE IMPROVEMENTS. TRAVIS COUNTY AS AN EXAMPLE, THE LIGHT RAIL SOME, SOME OF THE ROADWAY BOND PROJECTS, TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS AS WELL. AND SO THESE, WE DON'T NECESSARILY HOLD ALL THE KEYS, BUT WE CAN AT LEAST PROVIDE INPUT AND PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THOSE. INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS TO BE BUILT WITH THEIR PROJECTS. AND THEN THE LAST WAY IS THROUGH. SITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WHERE THE PRIMARY DRIVER IS THROUGH SITE DEVELOPMENT. SORT OF THROUGH THE ESSER PROCESS, THE SERVICE EXTENSION REQUEST PROCESS THAT CATHERINE WAS MENTIONING, YOU KNOW, DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION, THE SIZE, THE SCALE OF A SITE DEVELOPMENT, THEY MAY BE REQUIRED TO EXTEND THE RECLAIM WATER SYSTEM OR USE RECLAIMED WATER FROM OTHER CENTRALIZED SYSTEM TO, TO HELP SERVICE THEIR RECLAIMED OR NON-POTABLE NEEDS. AND SO THE SITE DEVELOPER IS THE ONE WHO PAYS FOR THAT. THEY HAVE TO GO OUT AND, YOU KNOW, BUILD THAT INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE STREET AND ON THEIR SITE AS NEEDED. BUT THIS INFRASTRUCTURE DOESN'T ALWAYS MATERIALIZE, RIGHT? WE SEE DEVELOPMENT REQUESTS COME IN ALL THE TIME AND WE TELL THEM, HEY, THIS IS WHAT'S NEEDED TO INSTALL OR BRING SERVICE TO YOUR DEVELOPMENT. BUT IT'S UP TO THEM TO, TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THAT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. OF COURSE. AND FINALLY, THERE'S ALWAYS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR US TO DO A LITTLE BIT OF COST PARTICIPATION DEPENDING ON HOW IT FITS WITHIN OUR SYSTEM AND THE ABILITY FOR US TO SAY, UPSIZE THEIR NEED. LIKE IF THEY ONLY NEED AN EIGHT INCH PIPE TO BE EXTENDED. AND, BUT WE SEE THAT OUR SYSTEM NEEDS A 16 INCH PIPE THERE.
