1. Approve the minutes of the October 15, 2015 Board meetings of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. 2. Conduct a public hearing and receive public comment regarding the issuance of up to $25 million dollars of Multi-family Housing Revenue Bonds to be issued by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation to finance the development of the Austin Colorado Creek Apartments by AUSTIN COLORADO CREEK APARTMENTS, LP, or an affiliated entity, for a proposed affordable multi-family development to be located within the northwest quadrant of the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and State Highway 130. Set a public hearing to receive public input on the issuance of up to $8 million of private activity volume cap multi-family housing non-recourse bonds to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Timbers Apartments, 1034 Clayton Lane, a 104-unit apartment complex to be owned and operated by Timbers Clayton 104 Apartments, L.P., an affiliate of the Cesar Chavez Foundation, Los Angeles, California.
