AGENDA The Board of Directors will go into a closed session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to receive advice from legal counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, to discuss personnel matters, or for other reasons permitted by law as specifically listed on this agenda. If necessary, the Board may go into a closed session as permitted by law regarding any item on this agenda. Consent 1. Authorize negotiation and execution of a one-year service agreement with the City of Austin under which the Austin Housing Finance Corporation will manage and operate various housing programs on the City’s behalf during Fiscal Year 2016-2017 to be funded by United States Department of Housing and Urban Development funds and local housing funds in an amount not to exceed $23,554,297. 2. Authorize the negotiation and execution of a one-year contract with the AUSTIN AREA URBAN LEAGUE to fund and administer the Emergency Home Repair Program in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000. 3. Authorize the negotiation and execution of a one-year contract with the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN to fund and administer the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program which provides housing opportunities through subsidies to homeless families in an amount not to exceed $527,000. 4. Authorize negotiation and execution of seven 12-month contracts with EASTER SEALS – CENTRAL TEXAS, INC., MEALS ON WHEELS AND MORE, INC., INTERFAITH ACTION OF CENTRAL TEXAS (iACT), AUSTIN AREA URBAN LEAGUE, INC., AMERICAN YOUTHWORKS, AUSTIN HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., and REBUILDING AUSTIN TOGETHER for repair of homes eligible through the GO Repair! Program for a combined total amount not to exceed $2,000,000. Adjourn
