Authorize negotiation and execution of a loan agreement with Austin Habitat for Humanity, Inc., or an affiliated entity, to assist with the construction of the Mueller Townhomes, an affordable homeownership development located at 2600 through 2620 Philomena Street in an amount not to exceed $555,476. 2. Authorize negotiation and execution of a loan agreement with JESE Real Estate, or an affiliated entity, to assist with acquisition and rehabilitation of an affordable multi-family condo development located at 300 East Croslin Street (to be known as Croslin Court) in an amount not to exceed $538,355. 3. Authorize the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement with the Housing Authority of Travis County, or an affiliated entity, to assist with the rehabilitation of an affordable multi-family rental development located at 4922 Nuckols Crossing (known as Eastern Oaks Apartments) in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000. 4. Authorize negotiation and execution of a loan agreement with Blackland Community Development Corporation, or an affiliated entity, to assist with the construction of an affordable scattered site rental development located at 2106 Chicon Street, 1910 Salina Street, and 2203 Salina Street (to be known as Bouldin Creek Alley Flats) in an amount not to exceed $514,835. 5. Approve a resolution appointing Assistant City Manager J. Rodney Gonzales as a Director and President of Arbors at Creekside Non-Profit Corporation, the Austin Inner-City Redevelopment Corporation, the Villas on Sixth Non-Profit Corporation, the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Village on Little Texas Non-Profit Corporation, the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Aldrich 51 Non-Profit Corporation, the Austin Housing Finance Corporation 1034 Clayton Lane Non-Profit Corporation, and the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Nightingale Non-Profit Corporation. 6.
