2040 PLAN DRAFT PREFERRED SCENARIO Staff and the TAC recommend that the Board approve the TAC recommended urban transit projects and projects for remaining state and federal funds for inclusion in the draft preferred scenario. Staff recommends reserving the remaining $300,000 for an arterial street improvement study that may include transit and bicycle/pedestrian activities.
CENTERS MAPS AND DEFINITIONS TAC and Staff recommend: • Approval of the Centers map (Attachment A) for the 2040 Plan; • Approval of the definition of Centers (Attachment B) for the 2040 Plan; and • Direction to staff to develop a formal designation process for the Centers types and annual growth monitoring report with the TAC Centers Subcommittee.
