Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract to purchase in fee simple acquisition of real estate and warehouse space, described as 2.358 acres of land out of the J.C. Funding in the amount of $9,221,356 is available in the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 Capital Budget of Austin Energy. Funding in the amount of $1,315,028 is available in the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 Operating Budget of Austin Energy. This contract will be awarded in compliance with Chapter 2-9C of the City Code (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program).
