Approve the minutes of the June 23, 2016 Board meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. 2. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement with Accessible Housing Austin!, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $2,192,000, for an affordable, multi-family rental development to be located at 1920 Gaston Place Drive (District 1). 3. Approve an inducement resolution for private activity bond financing to be submitted to the Texas Bond Review Board for an allocation of up to $20,000,000 in private activity volume cap multi-family non-recourse bonds for a proposed affordable senior multi-family development by Villages at Fiskville, LP, or an affiliated entity, located at 10017 Middle Fiskville Road. (District 4) 4. Set a public hearing regarding the issuance of up to $20,000,000 of Multi-family Housing Revenue Bonds to be issued by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation to provide financing for a proposed affordable senior housing development by Villages at Fiskville, LP, or an affiliated entity, located at 10017 Middle Fiskville Road. Conduct a public hearing regarding the issuance of up to $13,000,000 dollars of Multi-family Housing Revenue Bonds to be issued by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation to finance the development of the Housing First Oak Springs Apartments by Housing First Oak Springs, LP, or an affiliated entity, for a proposed affordable permanent supportive housing development to be located at 3000 Oak Springs Drive.
