Call Meeting to Order 1. Approval of the minutes of the Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone #15 from the special called meeting of October 16, 2008. 2. Authorize award and execut ion of a 24-month requirements service agreement with GREAT WESTERN MANAGED SERVICE CORP OF AUSTIN, TX, (WBE/FW) to provide hardscape and paver maintenance services in an estimated amount not to exceed $199,100, with two 12- month extension options in estimated amounts not to exceed $99,550 each for a total estimated contract amount not to exceed $398,200.(Related Item 40) Adjourn.
