Report and possible action on Early Childhood Council (ECC) recommendations that (1) the City and Travis County align their early childhood policies with the School Readiness Action Plan and (2) the City find ways to make the Bridge Child Care Voucher Program available to families. The School Readiness Action Plan identifies goals and actions needed to improve school readiness. The Bridge Child Care Voucher Program provides short-term child care vouchers to low-income families.
