(6/28) Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract through the State of Texas Department of Information Resources with Freeit Data Solutions Inc., to provide hardware, software, implementation, training, maintenance, and support services for the Nutanix and Rubrik solutions supporting the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition/Energy Management System (SCADA/EMS) and Advanced Distribution System Management (ADMS) Upgrade, for a term of five years in an amount not to exceed $4,805,722.
