Discussion and possible action on the recommendations from the Rainey Street Working Group of The Downtown Commission.
4. Discussion and possible action on a proposed bylaw amendment relating to the establishment of committees. Committee(s) must meet quarterly, must provide an annual report to the full commission, meetings must be posted, staff must attend the meetings, and minutes must be taken of the meeting. The following issues need to be discussed: a. Name of the committee(s) b. Responsibilities of the committee(s) c. Provide a business justification as to why the committee is needed 5. Discussion and possible action on the Music Venue Assistance (MVA) Micro Loan Program. 6. Discussion and possible action on the Good Neighbor Program. 7. Discussion and possible action on the Bad Actor Program.
