Rundberg Lane Request: Approval of a 20 year-agreement with the YMCA of Austin, Texas, a nonprofit corporation, to construct and operate the future North Austin Recreation Center, located at 1000 W. Rundberg Lane, Austin, Texas, with funding for the city-owned and public use facility in an amount not to exceed $8,600,000. Committee Recommendation: On Monday, July 12, 2010 the Land, Facilities and Programs Committee met and approved forwarding recommendation to the full Board. Motion to forward passed 2-0.
