CITIZEN COMMUNICATION The first 10 speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda.
Recommend approval to Council of an amendment to an inter-local agreement between the City of Austin and the Lower Colorado River Authority regarding buoys in Lake Austin, Lady Bird Lake and Lake Walter E. Long.
Recommend to Council a placement site for the Stephen F. Austin art donation. Presenter: Rey Hernandez, Landscape Architect II, PARD Location: Various locations city wide Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of option 2 as presented. Committee Recommendation: On February 11, 2013 the Land, Facilities and Programs Committee voted 2-0 to not recommend any of the proposed locations.
