Make a recommendation to the Director for approval of Permanent Use (23,183 sq. ft.), Temporary Use (21,168 sq. ft.) , not to exceed 365 Calendar Days on parkland located at 1300 W. Cesar Chavez (Lamar Beach at Town Lake Metro Park). Total Mitigation Value is $1,451,667.
Make a recommendation to City Council to authorize award, negotiation, and execution of a contract with AMATERRA ENVIRONMENTAL, INC to provide cemetery consulting services to develop a cemetery Master Plan in an amount not to exceed $129,457 and a cemetery tree survey in an amount not to exceed $78,191, for a total contract amount not to exceed $207,648.
Review and accept the Land, Facilities, and Programs Committee Annual Report for 2013.
