Make a recommendation to the City Council for approval to place a 1,500 sq. ft. historic house, to be used as the Rainey Street History Center, on three potential sites identified within the Rainey Street District. Presenter: Ricardo Soliz, Division Manager, PARD Location: Rainey Street District Staff Recommendation: PARD has no staff recommendation. Staff is only presenting options as directed by City Council. Committee Recommendation: On November 10, 2014 the Land, Facilities, and Programs Committee voted 2-0 to recommend placement of the house to 700 Cummings Street and to expressly dedicate as dedicated parkland 58 and 64 Rainey Street to be part of the ESB-MACC site.
