Discussion and possible recommendation to the City Council regarding the use of gas powered leaf blowers by the Parks and Recreation Department. Presenter: Jeff Larsen, Parks Grounds Manager, Parks and Recreation Charles Vaclavik, Division Manager, Parks and Recreation Staff Recommendation: Continue use of gas powered leaf blowers while continuing to monitor industry trends to reduce emissions and noise production.
