Presenter: Jeff Larsen, Parks Grounds Manager, Parks and Recreation Charles Vaclavik, Division Manager, Parks and Recreation Staff Recommendation: Continue use of gas powered leaf blowers while continuing to monitor industry trends to reduce emissions and noise production.
