Committee Recommendation: On September 15, 2015, the Concessions and Contracts Committee voted 4-0 to recommend the approval of the negotiation and execution of an agreement with Lone Star Tennis for the management and operation of the Austin Tennis Center. Presenter: Charles Vaclavik, Division Manager, Parks and Recreation Kirk Scanlon, Contract Administrator, Parks and Recreation Location: Zilker Metropolitan Park; District 8 Staff Recommendation: Recommended. Committee Recommendation: On September 15, 2015, the Concessions and Contracts Committee voted 4-0 to not recommend the approval of the negotiation and execution of an agreement with Players Inc. for the operation of a food and beverage concession within Zilker Park until the evaluation matrix is available for Board review, and a full discussion is conducted by PARB. Make a recommendation to the City Council to approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2016 fee schedule adding a Lifetime Swim Pass fee of $0.00 for City of Austin Residents 80+ allowing free access to all City of Austin operated/managed aquatic facilities.
