Action Item 183 South Utility Relocations – Package 12, Boggy Creek to Bolm Road Presenter: Location: Sharon Hamilton, Atlas Design Services 1001 Ed Bluestein Boulevard Request: Make a recommendation to the Board for approval of Permanent Use (146,231 sq. ft.), not to exceed 450 Calendar Days on parkland located at 1001 Ed Bluestein Boulevard (Bolm Rd District Park). Total Mitigation Value is $90,068. Staff Recommendation: PARD staff recommends approval. Committee Recommendation: On March 7, 2016 the Land, Facilities and Programs Committee voted 3-0 to forward this item to the full Board for review with recommendation.
