NEW BUSINESS: DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS Consent 3. Action Item: Make a recommendation to the City Council for approval of Permanent Use (1.454 acres), located at 11901 Old San Antonio Rd. (Wunneburger Park). Parkland Value is $43,700. Location: 11901 Old San Antonio Rd. (Wunneburger Park) Committee Recommendation: On July 11, 2016 the Land, Facilities and Programs Committee voted 3-0 to forward this item to the full Board for review with recommendation. Action Item: Make a recommendation to the City Council to authorize negotiation and execution of the second amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Austin and the Austin Independent School District to support the ACE Reading Tutoring Intervention Program. Committee Recommendation: On July 12, 2016, the Concessions and Contracts Committee voted 3-0 to forward this item to the full Board for review with recommendation. Action Item: Make a recommendation to the City Council to authorize negotiation and execution of the Building Use Agreement with the Austin Area Garden Council and to recommend the waiver of associated fees. Proposed park enhancement value $215,000.
