NEW BUSINESS: DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS Consent 2. Action Item: Make a recommendation to the Director regarding the proposed design of the new Montopolis Recreation and Community Center. Location: 1200 Montopolis Dr.; District 3 Committee Recommendation: On September 12, 2016 the Land, Facilities and Programs Committee voted 3-0 to forward this item to the full Board for review with recommendation. Presenter: Kevin Johnson, Project Coordinator, Austin Parks and Recreation Department 3. Action Item: Make a recommendation to City Council regarding the authorization of the negotiation and execution of an agreement with Ryan Sanders Sports Services, LLC to renovate, operate, maintain and manage the food and beverage concession at the Jimmy Clay/Roy Kizer Municipal Golf Complex. Location: 5400 Jimmy Clay Dr.; District 2 Committee Recommendation: On September 13, 2016 the Concessions and Contracts Committee voted 4-0 to forward this item to the full Board for review with recommendation.
