Action Item: Discussion and possible action on a proposed recommendation to City Council to authorize negotiation and execution of a professional services agreement with JAIME BEAMAN AIA, INC./CASABELLA ARCHITECTS to provide design and planning services for the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center in an amount not to exceed $360,000 Location: 600 River St.; District 9 Committee Recommendation: On October 11, 2016 the Contracts and Concessions Committee voted 4-0-0 to forward this item to the full Board for review with recommendation. Action Item: Annual Concessions Report—Make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the performance and issues created through the provision of recreation services by concessions in Town Lake Metropolitan Park Committee Recommendation: On October 11, 2016 the Contracts and Concessions Committee voted 4-0-0 to forward this item to the full Board for review with recommendation.
