Make a recommendation to the City Council for the approval of the Permanent Use (69,970 sq. ft.) and Temporary Staging Area (20,083 sq. ft.), not to exceed 1095 calendar days on parkland located at 1101 Mearns Meadow Blvd. (Quail Creek Neighborhood Park).
