Make a recommendation to the Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) Director to execute the Parkland Improvement Agreement between PARD and the Pease Park Conservancy for the design and construction of Kinsbury Commons at Pease District Park Committee Action: On November 19, 2018, the Land, Facilities, and Programs Committee voted 5-0 to move the item to the full board with recommendation Presenter: Christine Chute Canul, Park Development Administrator, Parks and Recreation Department Location: 1100 Kingsbury St., (District 9) 3. Make a recommendation to City Council regarding creation, continuation, termination or status of a concession including issuance of a Request for Proposal for a concession in Town Lake Metropolitan Park in a joint report with the Environmental Commission Committee Action: On November 13, 2018, the Contracts and Concessions Committee voted 3-0 to recommend the report with edits and move the item to the full board with recommendation Presenter: Contract Compliance Staff, Parks and Recreation Department
