DISCUSSION AND ACTION PUBLIC INPUT ON RECYCLING PROCESSING FACILITY City Staff will not be able to comment or discuss the on-going negotiations regarding both the short-term Recycling Processing Agreement or the long term Recycling Processing Facility Agreement, but will accept public comment and input regarding these important issues as part of the public process.
