ELECTION OF OFFICERS Due to compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the election of MCPD Officers will need to be held again using an open voting methodology.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES Consider approval of the minutes from the Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities August 10, 2015 meeting.
OLD BUSINESS: For discussion and possible action Deena Estrada Boards and Commission Coordinator: Feedback from Proposed changes to MCPD by-laws.
Discussion: Joint Inclusion Committee requires a representative from the MCPD.
Presentation: John Eastman, Public Works Sidewalk Program Project Manager: Sidewalk Master Plan Update – Briefing and Q&A.
Subcommittee Reports: For discussion and possible action i. Access and Youth Initiatives ii. Employment and Awards
CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: Each speaker signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will be called in order of sign-up and will be allowed three minutes to speak about items posted or not on the agenda
