NEW BUSINESS For discussion: Report from Commissioner Brenner on the City’s actions in response to a request for an Attorney General opinion from State Senator Dan Patrick related to domestic partner benefits offered by Texas cities and municipalities. (Brenner/Rhea)
6. STATUS OF GOALS AND OBJECTIVES Commissioners will report on and discuss: a. The status of the Commission's goals and objectives for 2012 b. Plans and strategies for meeting those goals and objectives. c. Review and discuss draft of 2012 Annual Report. d. Discussion of annual retreat date and location. 7. STAFF BRIEFINGS a. Clarification from City legal on authorized communications from individual commissioners. 8. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Commissioners propose agenda items for future meetings. ADJOURNMENT
