Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a consent agreement for the Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District 4 (“MUD”) subject to adoption of of an ordinance approving a strategic partnership agreement between the City and the MUD. 17. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a consent agreement for the Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District 5 (“MUD”) subject to adoption of an ordinance approving a strategic partnership agreement between the City and the MUD. 18. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“SPA”) between the City of Austin and the Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District 1 (“MUD”); concurrently annex for limited purposes approximately 340 acres; and establish interim zoning designations for the annexed area. 19. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“SPA”) between the City of Austin and the Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District 2 (“MUD”); concurrently annex for limited purposes approximately 557 acres; and establish interim zoning designations for the annexed area. 20. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“SPA”) between the City of Austin and the Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District 3 (“MUD”); concurrently annex for limited purposes approximately 644 acres; and establish interim zoning designations for the annexed area. 21. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“SPA”) between the City of Austin and the Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District 4 (“MUD”); concurrently annex for limited purposes approximately 346 acres; and establish interim zoning designations for the annexed area. 22. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“SPA”) between the City of Austin and the Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District 5 (“MUD”); concurrently annex for limited purposes approximately 327 acres; and establish interim zoning designations for the annexed area. 23. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“SPA”) between the City of Austin and the Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District 1 (“MUD”) concurrently annex for limited purposes approximately 188 acres; and establish interim zoning designations for the annexed area. 24. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“SPA”) between the City of Austin and the Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District 2 (“MUD”) concurrently annex for limited purposes approximately 475 acres; and establish interim zoning designations for the annexed area. 25. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“SPA”) between the City of Austin and the Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District 3 (“MUD”) concurrently annex for limited purposes approximately 563 acres; and establish interim zoning designations for the annexed area. 26. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement (“SPA”) between the City of Austin and the Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District 4 (“MUD”) concurrently annex for limited purposes approximately 379 acres; and establish interim zoning designations for the annexed area. 27. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a consent agreement for the Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District 1 (“MUD”), subject to adoption of an ordinance approving a strategic partnership agreement between the City and the MUD. 28. Recommend approval to conduct a public hearing and adopt an ordinance approving a consent agreement for the Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District 2 (“MUD”), subject to adoption of an ordinance approving a strategic partnership agreement between the City and the MUD. 29.
