APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of minutes from the June 13, 2012 Water & Wastewater Commission meeting.

Recommend approval of change order #1 to the construction contract with QUEST CIVIL CONSTRUCTORS TEXAS, LLC for the Govalle Tunnel Centralized Odor Control Phase I and II project in the amount of $282,770 plus additional contingency in the amount of $195,171.10, for a total contract amount not to exceed $4,576,534.20.
Recommend approval to execute change order #2 to the construction contract with MCLEAN CONSTRUCTION, INC., for Airport at Chesterfield Wastewater Improvements in an amount of $942,071.13 for a total contract amount not to exceed $7,120,709.13.
Recommend approval to negotiate and execute a two-year Interlocal Agreement with the University of Texas (UT) for consulting services regarding characterization of the influent to the City’s wastewater treatment plants for a total amount not to exceed $135,000.
Selection of ex-officio voting member for the Lake Travis Task Force
