Recommend approval to award and execute a multi-term contract with Firetron, Inc., to provide preventative maintenance, monitoring, testing, and repair services for a Notifier fire panel, for up to five years for a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000. 2. Recommend approval to negotiate and execute a restated interlocal agreement with the cities of Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Leander for the reimbursement of costs related to the expansion of the Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater System. 4. Recommend approval of a resolution consenting to the annexation by Lazy Nine Municipal Utility District 1A of approximately 124 acres within the City of Austin’s extraterritorial jurisdiction. This action concerns land located within the Barton Springs Zone.
