ITEMS FOR COMMISSION’S REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO CITY COUNCIL 1. Recommend approval for authorization and execution of a multi-term contract with Chameleon Industries, Inc., to provide liquid copper sulfate pentahydrate, for up to five years for a total contract amount not to exceed $4,000,000. 2. Recommend approval for authorization and execution of an interlocal agreement with the City of Round Rock concerning the capacity, operation, maintenance, and capital improvement to the Lake Creek Collection System.
